Ordered 4 cookies for around $15. Always great flavors and tasting. Ordered a pickup and was ready within minutes. Parking can be crazy with som many businesses around. Overall, not bad today.
I was looking forward to getting the new pink doughnut cookie but when I received it I was pretty disappointed to find half of the cookie missing frosting shown in the first picture. Then I had gone in to get a different one only to receive a cookie that had barley any sprinkles on it.
A friend of mine surprised me with a 6-pack of these amazing cookies… I told her I was never going back again and she was confused. I told her it’s because I will have NO self-control. So yummy!
I have visited Crumble locations in many parts of Colorado. This store seems to have the lowest quality cookies, not meeting the Crumble standard but it's also the only location that doesn't show you the box you ordered. So if you see the sign that says 'do your cookies look like they should' you wouldn't know that at this location. Staff are not generally friendly and often seem stressed. If you can make it to a different location, do that.
The cookies are always nice but the time to wait for them to make the cookies when you have orders for multiple packages takes way too long for the help don't seem to care with the customers come in
I’ve been here a few times now and I just don’t get the hype ??♀️ Cookies are good, not amazing, and they will set you back a pretty penny! I find ordering at a kiosk to be cold and unfriendly. Especially since I counted 8 employees working and not a single one said hi. I’ll stick to Mary’s or Eileen’s from now on.
Amazing. To be honest they might be my favorite cookies in Fort Collins. Insomnia cookies is amazing don’t get me wrong but the variety and change of flavors each week is amazing. Some of the cookies are really creative tastes.10/5 stars
I love love love everything about Crumbl Cookies. They switch up weekly so you can literally try new flavors and don't get too bored.. I Love that they serve warm gooey Cookies and chilled cookies depending on what the flavor is. I give Crumbl 5⭐️ and recommended that you give them a try for yourself.
I’ve been to this location twice. Both times, I’ve received my cookies in defected boxes, where there have been rips or torn folds that are much too embarrassing to gift. Aside from the packaging, the cookies are always way too sweet. I have a sweet tooth and enjoy baked goods like crazy, but I am not satisfied by the any of the assortment in the last two visits during the month of February. They were overwhelmingly so sweet, that I couldn’t finish a single cookie. Though the cookies look pretty, It’s much too expensive for the quality you’ll receive.
Cookies are always tasty, staff is friendly and gets your order ready quickly. The changing flavors each week (with a couple regular ones) keep me coming back. Nice that curbside pickup is an option as well.
