Would be 5 stars if you didn’t make me waste 15minutes every time I want to pickup an assortment of slices rather than a full pizza.LET US ORDER SLICES FOR CARRYOUT THIS ISNT THE SOCIALIST PEOPLES REPUBLIC OF BOULDER.Drunk students isn’t an excuse either, take a credit card for the order.
The customer service is pretty bad. I work in a restaurant, I close a couple times a week, I get that by the end you don't want to be there, yet I'm still able to provide good service. The workers there very obviously hate their jobs and their very very thinly veiled annoyance is palpable. The pizza isn't good enough to make up for the fact that going there to dine in is a bad experience. Overall it seems like the kinda place that the people who work in it hate to be, and therefore don't care enough to treat you the way a customer should be treated.
Delivery man brought our pizza all the way to the hot tub!!! Best service ever very committed 10/10 pizza was superb too
Great pizza, delicious overstuffed calzones, yummy spicy ranch sauce, wonderful atmosphere and fun outgoing staff! What more could you ask of a pizza place. Love the tiled tabletops and the upbeat music. The place was clean and quiet when we arrived but by about 8pm it was packed full of college students so the noise went way up. It didn't bother us but if you're looking for a spot to dine-in that isn't too loud then go earlier in the evening. It is next to a college campus after all. Or just order and take it to go. The pizza is some of the best we've had, top 3 for sure. My husband even said it was better than an (unnamed) famous pizza place in Times Square we recently visited. He raved about the Calzone that was overstuffed with his favorite fillings instead of being half air and mostly cheese and ricotta. This one had the meats piled up! My son had the chicken salad with ranch which he said was better then he thought it would be. The rest of us had pepperoni pizza and sausage and bacon pizza. The staff was super nice and friendly to us. Very much enjoyed the interaction.
It took over an hour to recieve this pizza. All they were willing to do was remake the pizza, and wait even longer to eat. I just choose to eat what I could. Frustrating for a customer of 20 years, poor service...
Takes me right back to college. Got delivery, I should’ve tipped more online, i didnt have any cash on me? it arrived exactly when the website said it would. Thank you Cosmo’s you’ll always hold a special place in my heart
The staff had a bad attitude, it was slow, and on top of that Colorado is not in a state of emergency and judges all around the country are calling constitutional to force a masks. (Even in New York) which means Cosmos is the one forcing the masks especially because they are the only ones enforcing it anywhere other than the school. For mediocre pizza there are a lot more places not enforcing the mandate with better staff and faster service.
My favorite pizza spot. XL, thin slices on perfectly baked crust. Try the spicy ranch.

There 24 inch pizza is the biggest pizza I've (we've) ever ordered and trust me, we've had our fair share of pizza in my 33 years! The box was GIGANTIC!! Other companies will lie about their size and claim to be X amount of inches when in reality it's a definitely a few inches shy... well not at cosmos. Only way I can describe it is that the pizza is like the size of those really big rims you see on rap gangsters cadillac escalades! With a 20% tip it came to just over $32 and not only did me and my mother get fed for tonight, there is plenty left for tomorrow! So, basically two meals for two people for two days, so four meals for 32 bucks... divide that in half you get 15... split that in two then you get $7.50 per person for some bomb pizza thats delivered to your door fresh! Can't beat that, that's cheaper then say McDonald's, Subway, Dominos, Pizza Hut (all those mainstream corporate places that rip you off without even realizing it)... but ya, great deal! My only suggestion would be to cut it into more slices (instead of the jumbo slices) and other than that everything was great.. oh and the pizza could have been a tad bit hotter but we have an oven at home and understand that sometimes stuff can get cold especially in the winter time but it wasn't cold by any means, still fresh!! Oh and if you guys can add some DESSERT options, that would be great and maybe hot wings! Thanks again! Delivery driver was friendly and polite, did not catch his name but he was working and dropped off our pizza around just before 10pm on Monday January 3rd and whoever made the pizza, great job! It was not soggy or overly cheesy or saucy like blackjack pizza did the last time we had them... they aren't as good as they used to be so will be getting Cosmos from now on! To put things into perspective before I end this long review... Krazy Karls charges the same price for a 14 inch pizza as Cosmos does for a 24 inch... yaaaa... you do the math! Sorry Karls... but I'm not krazy! No Thanks! Cosmos it is!
