Lovely spot with water misters on the patio. The 14 dollar drink was tasty as hell. Yet, I couldn't sit at the bar because it was covered with dirty glasses, a roll up station and servers personal food. Gross. The staff was unwelcoming as if the inside of the bar was their territory. Make the server stop eating and chewing while he serves! I was hoping to make this my new place but it's too gross.
Wow... we found this little distillery in Old Town simply because it offered Bingo Night! The facility offered a small inside dining and a decently sized patio. There were a plethora of options to try with all different types of spirits. I tried the Cherry Poppins, after asking the server if it was sweet. She reassured me that it wasn't, and she was absolutely right! Joe & Kayla make great cocktails! This particular beverage was slightly sweet, but not sugary. The best way I can describe it was "refreshing"! We came in for the last three games of Bingo, and I had the feeling many people were regulars. Amanda, the Bingo caller, made efforts to connect with all the guests and called the numbers quickly which made the evening move efficiently! She mixed up the types of Bingo winning cards, with the last winner being a "black out" (covering the entire card). I don't win at games like this - but I did! Because I'd been talking to my family, I didn't even recognize that the prize for this last game was a precious bottle of alcohol! Seriously, I was so flabbergasted by this generous prize that it took me forever to make a decision. I ended up choosing a bottle of strawberry infused vodka that is delicious over ice! After my big win, I had a lovely conversation with the manager, Dani, about the distillery and how we will most definitely be back! Our daughter will be attending CSU this fall, so we are already planning more visits. Check this place out when you are in Old Town - what a great find!
Carmen was absolutely outstanding. She shared such fun, light energy and gave excellent service. We had other servers who, unfortunately, made passive aggressive comments about 'competence' and we found them less than par. Could we have gave all our gratuity to Carmen, we would have. She was the light of our evening and if you have the opportunity to visit, you won't be disappointed should you have her as a server. Thanks Carmen!
Took the tour with Paul. Absolutely amazing. We learned a lot and it was entertaining. We got to ask questions and I highly recommend adding the tasting to your tour. Oh and the cocktails - to die for!
I never take pictures of the beautiful drinks whenever we come here but oh my! There’s true talent in this hidden gem, all the workers we’ve ever spoken to are so sweet and welcoming and this is just a nice chill spot to sit and chat while enjoying some fabulous mixers. The Strawberry Fields cocktail is hands down my go to here, such an experience in a cup!
Whenever I am in the mood for a delicious cocktail, I know CopperMuse will not disappoint! The spirits are incredible - my personal favorites are Jalapeño vodka for Bloody's or Mules, Golden Rum for Old Fashions & Amaretto on it's own! The staff is knowledgeable and kind, the atmosphere is inviting and the owners are truly amazing at what they do and how they treat our community. Can't wait to go back soon!
My girlfriend, her mom from Maryland and I came in for the Drunken Donuts event and were so happy we came!! The doughnuts were perfect. Flavors on point, but the cocktails though. They were so perfect, the colors, flavors. Dani did such a good job with the pairings!! The talent that coppermuse holds within its walls is unparalleled. Thanks for the fantastic experience!!
Some employees are less than gracious with their customers. Drinks are always great. Service is good or bad not much between.

Don't order from here. They are located in the exchange and get a ton of business from that fact but refuse to sell their seasonal and specialty cocktails to anyone not sitting on their specific patio. When I asked why they told me "quality control". Awful business decision. Will avoid and tell all friends to avoid in the hopes that someone will take their place that actually wants to participate and be part of the exchange. Bummer that a local distillery is acting so snobby instead of being proud to be part of a courtyard of local shops.
