People who unwrap their burritos before eating them don't deserve a delicious burrito. Seriously are you guys from kansas? Great food. Consuelos needs to hire way more people. They're so busy it's a traffic problem.
This is our favorite place to stop in for good food at an affordable price. The service is very good and we find ourselves going back for tacos, enchiladas, and anything smothered in green chili! Definitely the best in the area
We walked in because the drive through line was so long. Even though they were insanely busy on a Saturday morning, everyone inside was so nice and friendly! We got our burritos super quick and they were as good as I remember (I last tried Consuelo's about 15 years ago). Definitely worth a stop!
I've eaten here before and the service was better but this last time the service was bad. I didn't get the food that I ordered. I wanted a burrito dinner with pork they gave me a shredded beef dinner. My chicken fajita looked like someone didn't know how to put it together. My rice was all in my beans and I didn't get my sour cream or guacamole and I barely got any red or green peppers in my food. I would eat here again but not anytime in the near future. I didn't even receive my reciept this time so I couldn't call in and let them know.
If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. THE FOOD IS AMAZINGLY GOOD. The staff were very friendly. If I lived in Fort Collins I would eat here every day. The green chili is out of this world. The beans and rice were fantastic. ??
Fairly authentic Mexican food. Salsa was authentic and very good. No inside seating so either to go or sit outside. They do have a drive through with nice seating outside also. Reasonably priced. Nothing fancy but good and fast.
No clue how they did it, but it's like a toddler made these burritos. Open the foil and everything spills out. And for some reason, it's cold and soft? Why are we eating cold burritos using spoons right now? Something's gone horribly wrong. I don't think this is supposed to be an ice cream shop...
Best breakfast burritos in town. Employees are awesome, the traffic they deal with is insane but they handle it no prob. Grabbed a couple burritos today, something went wrong with the order and it didn’t go through as normal. Waited a little and asked about it, they realized the issue and took care of it super quick. Shout out to to the super awesome person at the counter and person with the yellow (orange?) hat that helped me today.

Let me preface this by saying I'm from California but I'm not comparing it to Cali Mexican food. Yes it's edible but it's not good. I mean it's better than eating a shoe but I'd rather have most other things. The breakfast burrito that everyone says is "the thing" isn't even that good. How do you mess up breakfast?! Yeah I've had this place a few times just to make sure. The salsa is a joke, the beans taste like rosarita beens, trust me I eat rosarita often and do like them, and the tortillas taste like mission, which I also like. To each his/her own but seeing people rave about this place is a joke. I'm trying to be honest not stroke egos.
