Cold Stone catered a pan of ice cream with toppings to our neighborhood party. Mickey and Joseph (?) happily served until it was all gone, even the visiting PFA crew enjoyed a full helping. Oh yeah, the ice cream was as good as ever. : )

They now have a choclate silk (almond milk ice cream! I can have limited dairy as I'm allergic so I really appreciate this option! Plus the almond milk ice cream was delicious!
After dinner sorbet, BOOM! Nailed it! The staff is cordial, professional and knows their job. Go on down and grab a sweet.
I honestly give this place one star because I placed an order for a design on an ice cream cake for a 2 olds birthday for a friend and they did not follow the design specifications or even follow the color specifications either. The only thing they got right was the color for the writing to say happy Birthday, but even that was not very professionally written out. Also, the icing was stuck to the plastic lid on all sides. All in all I am an unsatisfied customer and will never go back to them to order a cake because of how unprofessional and rushed and thrown together this cake looked.
Ice cream was delivered late. Driver was weird. The ice cream we ordered was milkshakes. They forgot to add spoons our waffle bowls were crushed and broken. The store was not helpful when we called back Ellie did not provide good customer . We were not happy customers at the end our night was ruined. Our $40 I guess meant nothing. We will never shop here again I hope they go out of business .
The whole cold stone experience was made great by Jason! He was so helpful and nice.
Matthew made some beautiful ice cream for us! I’ve frequented Dairy Queen and others but, had never been to cold stone until tonight. They absolutely have my vote for #1 ice cream spot in FoCo and I will be coming back!
Gosh I wish I could get my money back…. Worse experience. 20$ down the drain. Something made me realllly sick even though I chose all gluten free options. And the two employees working were whispering something about me to each other…. Rude… I barely took 4 bites and I couldn’t eat anymore. Not a good spot if you are Gluten free
