Wasn't planning on leaving a review today... the vegan bao is absolutely delicious. Perfectly cooked, mushrooms, savory. IM NOT EVEN VEGAN. Also I am full for a reasonable $11.(not including tip)I then proceeded to buy more to take home and tipped twice as much the second time.I will be back, thank you for adding to my addictions
Very delicious authentic Chinese food! All the recipes are sourced from China and you can tell. Each item is made to order so don't expect fast-food speeds. The menu may be on the smaller side but that is because they only put an item on the menu once they feel they have mastered it.I highly recommend the Dandan noodles but you can't go wrong with anything they have to offer.
Food is good but don’t go for the atmosphere (there is none). Also wear an extra layer of clothing as they keep the temperature uncomfortably low (based on three visits). I can’t explain the water on the floor which has been there on each our recent visits. Frankly I question if it’s sanitary. All in all the food does not make up for the atmosphere. Feel badly posting this……….but it needs to be said.
I've only been to Chopstickers a few times since they've opened, and every single time has been a pleasant one. The staff is always super friendly, patient, and accommodating. And for the lack of good Asian options in Fort Collins, Chopstickers definitely lands amongst the higher tier. I have yet to try a single bad dish from here. I love their soup dumplings and noodle dishes. They're priced fairly, and I always look forward to eating here.
Got the potstickers, water fried bao, and soup dumplings. Enjoyed them all though it would have been nice to have a soup spoon to properly eat the XLBs (soup dumplings).
Unique and yummy. These guys are doing things right with their niche cusine. Noodle dishes, seaweed salad, soup dumplings, and more!(Yes..."soup dumplings" - you need these in your life.) They offer new and exciting food options that will make you come back for more. They've been open for six months and are ready to share their delicious dishes with all of FoCo.
Dumplings are amazing! so delicious ?I love the Dan Dan noodles ?Pot stickers are good too!But the water dumpling was the best imo, definitely try that one out☺️
Food was great, service was excellent, friendly owner. Definitely will be coming back here again. Ordered the Dan Dan noodles, pork water fried bao, pork pot stickers, and steamed shrimp chive bao. Menu is heavy on the meat so I'd love to see a couple veg side dishes eg smashed cucumber, cold marinated eggplant, steamed gailan with oyster sauce.
Simply delicious! Highly recommend the dumplings and steamed baos. The owner and staff is very friendly. Definitely coming back for more :)
Tried out Chopstickers and was incredibly disappointing. Tried out the rice and pork, beef noodles, and dumplings. None of which presented much flavor. The part that I found most disappointing was the poor quality of beef cuts in the soup. There was still lots of fat and even an aorta still attached (pictured above). The other food was somewhat tasteless and not cooked well, such as the dumplings which were cooked on one side and not the other. Not to mention the corn in the noodles and rice tasted like it was canned. Overall the food was pretty bad and didn’t settle well. The other issue was the price to quality ratio. For two of us to eat it was around $60, which for a spot in campus west thriving on college kids isn’t great. The place was also very short staffed. In all I ended up having to buy two dinners tonight and wish I could have gotten a refund if I’m being completely honest.
