We have gotten chipotle twice from this location on our way home. We weren't sure if the first time we were just starving or it was really good but the second time it was just as good. And the staff was nice, and my favorite part was when I asked for salad dressing at the end (to go with my salad) the guy said of course how many would you like?!?! Every other chipotle I go to and ask for an extra dressing they give you the worst look like how dare you ask for an extra dressing and are super reluctant to give you one.

Never had a problem with my order here. Always perfect. The best Chipotle in the area. For the record the worst one is on West Eisenhower in Loveland
My Wife went in to order from here because we had my niece and nephew for the evening and they love Chipotle. Long story short, the staff was rude to my 9 year old son and my 8 year old nephew while they were ordering and on top of that they were out of plain rice at 6:30...You close at 10!! Some people don't like cilantro....Think about that!! Very lucky it wasn't me with the kids or words would have been exchanged and not about rice!! My "Karen" moment lol.
Last several times we’ve gotten food from here it’s is literally disgusting. Everything tastes and looks super old. It was so gross today that I couldn’t eat it. My chicken was black and burnt. Couldn’t even chew it.
Talked to the manager on the phone about a order I placed online. I used my birthday coupon but it didn’t apply correctly. He was so unhelpful and wanted me to call the chipotle help line. Like he couldn’t have just added the chips and side of guacamole to the order. So lame.
Chipotle is always good. I stopped here on my last trip to Fort Collins. I ordered a Bowl with Chicken, black beans, corn and red sauce. It was very satisfying.
My wife and I have been here a few times now, myself more begrudgingly because I prefer qdoba. Everytime we had been here before today, the staff has given my wife stink eye and attitude but today we were given a bowl full of salt (rather than our typical salty employee). My wife's bowl was inedible. Plain and simple. We don't get to go out much so this makes it all the more frustrating. I'm tired of spending my money here and I highly recommend others don't as well.
3 for friendly staff. -2 for old guac that was pulled from a fridge beneath the counter:/

Are you seeing this? Just how bad you're restuarant has become.. how low you've sunk! I'm honestly surprised you have even a single 5-star review! Truthfully!You better straighten yourselves out and file in line quickly or you're done. That's not anywhere close to a sustainable business model from any standpoint! But especially from a customer service standpoint!
Tried to order but they wouldn't let me because I forgot my mask. However the 15 full tables they had with people eating, without masks, weren't bothered of course. And the 8/9 y/o kiddo in front of me? Ya he can order without a mask. Thats cool. Lost my business forever
