I went in to pick up a burrito for lunch and the lady behind the counter did not know how to roll a burrito as all of the ingredients fell out of the burrito as she was rolling it.....she tried to wrap the burrito with the ingredients that fell out by just stuffing the lost ingredients in the foil hoping I would not notice. When I asked her to remake the burrito she looked at her co-worker and rolled her eyes. She remade the burrito correctly while being quite rude to me. I thanked her for rewrapping the burrito and she just looked at me with annoyance..... When you pay 10 dollars for a burrito I expect the ingredients to actually make it in the burrito and if you fail to wrap the burrito, you should not treat your customers with annoyance....
Well worth the price! They are generous with portions and very skilled at wrapping monstrously large burritos.
I recommend this place highly. The service was fast and friendly and the place was clean and welcoming.
Food is usually decent at this location but the parking is nonexistent. I usually have to park a block away and walk.
How DARE they forget my boyfriends sautéed peppers and onions. He works so hard. He sleeps so little. All he wanted was fresh veggies to liven up his chipotle experience. Severely disappointed. Pay closer attention to your door dash orders. Going to CAVA next time.

I prefer the chipotle all the way over on timberline and harmony over this one. I only ever come to this one if I'm on a crunch for time. My bowl has only ever been half full at this one. I asked for more rice and beans because they aren't giving spoonfuls and my bowls end up so skimpy. I have gotten half done chips before from this location and just never get them anymore.The customer service has also been subpar most times I've been here. One of the few times I wanted a burrito, the girl left half of the contents out if it. I was bothered. I thought they got trained on rolling burritos here?! If you aren't in a rush, just go to the other location or qdoba because they're terrible here fr.
I love chipotle, and I never post reviews. Today my two burrito bowls were half full, about 50% guac, and the chips are burnt. Had to ask for extra rice and was still under the usual portion. Was hoping this would make for more than one meal...Worth a drive across town to a different location, or go to café mex down College. I'm so hungry, I wish I did.
Great food, fresh, well cooked, and seasoned. Great portions as well. Will definitely go back.
They went the extra mile after both the chipotle app and corporate dropped the ball and lost my order. Not every store would've but they went above and beyond.
