We mistakenly made a reservation at the wrong Chilis restaurant, but this location did their best to get us seated as soon as possible anyway. That’s thoughtful service right there. The server was really friendly and helped us go through the menu to make the most of what we spent. And everything was delicious.
I don't know if it is the area we were in but this chili's needs some work. Paint outside was chipping off everywhere. Inside parts were pleasant some were a bit dirty. Our server was great to deal with and food service was fast. Sorry for the three star but appearance has alot to do with a 5 star.
Normally Chili's is pretty standard, but not this time. The food was incredibly average, and the service was terrible. We were there before many of the other patrons around us, and yet they were served before us. In addition, we had to ask for drink refills which arrived just barely before we left. We were never presented with our bill, not were we asked if we would like anything else. All in all very disappointing experience. We will think twice about returning. Also, the menu has changed. I didn't feel that the variety was as good as in the past.
Jennifer was upset cause we wanted to sit, where I could see the car, had the dog in there. Very unprofessional. Got our meal and the fries where ice cold and didn't know how to use the coupon for our free appetizer. I didn't eat anything there, but my friend did. Was not impressed with the food. On vacation so won't stop here next time.
Very nice combo menu offerings at very reasonable price. The food is was very tasty, and we enjoyed great service. A fun casual spot!
My husband and I came here for lunch and we were greeted by the most unenthusiastic host that seemed to feel we were inconveniencing him by requesting to be seated in a booth in the dining room instead of seating ourselves at the bar. We then waited 10 minutes and never even got a drink order. Needless to say we got up and left.
Rhonda was my waitress. She was very kind and just the right amount of attentive. Checked on me a couple times throughout my meal and hunted down a pencil for me to do my homework with. She also gave me valuable info on what to order and I was quite pleased with her recommendations.
Service was horrible.Me and a group of friends (6 total of older ladies) went for lunch at 11:30. It wasn't busy (3-4 tables used from what we could see when we came in). Got served by Collin and to say it was some of the worse service we have ever encountered would be an understatement. I will not fault the restaurant or the food. Prices were reasonable. The focus and surprise of this visit was Collin. He started by taking our orders and seemed a bit confused and struggling to take the orders properly. These were very easier orders (ie: I had a side salad and ice tea.) He never once asked to refill any drink, no water, and one of us ordered a second ice-tea which was never received.Food came out confusing and missing varies items. When we asked for the items individuals were missing, he said we hadn't ordered the items. Another gentleman came out to help serve the food who I assume as the manager due to his clothing. We explained that we were missing things and that Collin seemed confused. He (manager?) just sort of shook his head and left to take care of what we needed. The REAL issue happened when we were asked to pay. Not a problem but we were handed a tablet (of sorts) and we had to each take turns trying to pay for our individual tickets (we had separate tickets and these were split correctly). The machine wasn't working and we were having problems with it (Granted, we are a bit older and perhaps it was us as well with new technology - some credit cards needed inserted while others needed swiped) - Collin was virtually no help with this and it was obvious he was getting agitated. I simply wanted to pay cash for my food and he refused saying I would have to wait my turn on the machine (I turned out to be last - yet he refused to take my money). Instead he said once it was my turn, he would take my cash at that time.During this mess and the machine not working while Collin stood behind one side of our table shaking his head and rolling his eyes at us, one of my friends asked for help to run her card as it wouldn't work. He then grabbed the machine from her hands, turned around to another table and SLAMMED the machine down on it so he could pick up the machine from THAT table. We all collectively sighed "WOW" which obviously wasn't the correct thing as it appeared to only upset Collin more.At one point during our meal he DID make a semi-apology saying that "he had all these other tables to attend to". Granted, it did get busier as the lunch hour went on. We did see 2 other girl employees - not sure if they were helping or cleaning tables or doing other duties. We DO understand that restaurants are short staffed at this time. The problem is his rudeness. Him taking the tablet to slam it down onto a table was unacceptable. In addition, we had an auto-gratuity applied of 18%. We were a group of 6 older ladies who had a short lunch with small items. Again, my tea and salad cost $8.00. And I will again say - he said he couldn't give me a ticket until I paid. Which I was happy to had him $10 so I could leave. To pay the bill took about twenty minutes. Two ladies figured it out on their own. Three needed assistance (which is when this was all occurring) and I just needed to pay cash but apparently had to wait my turn. While I hate to say I would never return, I will say that if I walked into Chili's or any other restaurant and saw Collin working there, I would turn around and walk out.
I ordered via Doordash. I received burnt appetizers. Some still frozen chicken. I ordered a gallon of strawberry lemonade and instead only got half a gallon. They didn't give me my blackberry tea. I normally love Chili's, but this was definitely one of the worst experiences I've ever had.
Not normally where we would go to eat but tonight was convenient. We had time to kill and it was only 3:30pm. We had a great time with our waitress Kathrine. She actually had a moment to sit and speak with us!We tried the queso with fresh spinach ?
