Dine here regularly. Both the fare and service are top notch. I put their country fried steak over either biscuits and gray and it is amazing! Waffles, pancakes and bacon are excellent. Home made breads are delicious! Staff is friendly, efficient and quick.
Great breakfast place! Lots of options. The egg Benedict’s are super good and you have choose two different kinds. Nice indoor seating a very cute little local cafe. Highly recommended. Free 2 hours parking on street.
Fantastic find to get away from the boring hotel breakfast! Food, service, and ambiance were excellent. I was pleasantly surprised with the extra touches like high end coffee choices and a variety of local hot sauces to choose from. Highly recommend!
In many small towns Cafe Bluebird would excel. In Fort Collins, it lags behind some of the other breakfast options for us. The diner atmosphere is nice, and the waitstaff was excellent, including a new trainee!The food we ordered was served quickly and we appreciated that. Unfortunately the French toast and waffle were bland. They were well made, but lacked any pop. The syrup was not real maple, so that didn’t help. He scrambled eggs were fine, and the bacon was perfectly extra crispy. But overall we would elect other options in FC next time.
The food was delicious and the service of Lindsey was impeccable. She did an incredible job and one of the best servers I've had in Fort Collins as far as being attentive, conscientious, hard-working, upbeat and jovial, attentive to details, funny, great listener and she just brightened the room and made Cafe bluebird her domain of light. She laughed at my jokes also.....Bonus
Lovely breakfast/brunch place with cute and friendly interior. Dined in here with my friends and we all enjoyed the food very much. Quantity is big and friendly service.usually its very packed over the weekend and you might have a wait.
What a great place for home style cooked breakfast. Lots of people on a Saturday morning, to be expected, but the wait was quick! Staff was super nice and friendly. The awesome menu choices made it hard to choose something! Pancakes, waffles, French Toast, all tasty choices. The English Toffee coffee was amazing and the aroma just set the mood for a great breakfast. I had the Perfect Combo with French Toast and my friend had the Belgian Waffle. This is a place I’ll definitely bring my out of town guests to. Give them a try!
What great place to eat breakfast even on a busy Sunday. Service her is great hands down. The food was delicious and it didn’t take long to be served. Best thing tho is their home made jam.
We ate breakfast here, if you’re wanting to get full when you leave this is the place for you. Food was good and plentiful. Coffee was good and service even better.
