Food was decent and the service was really attentive. Liked how spacious the restaurant is. Don’t get the orzo as a side it’s basically orzo in spaghetti sauce. The moussaka was tasty but very heavy on the cinnamon. Overall it is a quick easy bite if you are in the area!
Always very friendly staff and great food. Falafel sandwich is great, but the fries and especially with their special spiced seasoning!
Got the gyro platter and the meat was great! The spinach rice was excellent as well.
Honestly this wasn't anything to write home about. We went here just to grab a quick appetizer before a movie.The calamari was OK, though it felt more like eating chicken tenders instead of calamari. The spanakopita were so strange. They tasted almost sour? Like they were filled with relish instead of spinach. It's really unfortunate cause I normally love spinach and feta spanakopita.
Best Greek food I've had since I lived in NY, amd better than most I had there. Any folks saying it's "got no flavor" probably caught the BIG 'vid because this is flavortown.
I got food poisoning from here and I am absolutely miserable. Never going here again. And the gluten free menu is ridiculously small and the server was not very nice.
Gyro meat and suvlaki lamb was decent but both were dry and over cooked. Taziki was bland with no cucumber. The pita was good though. All of this would have gotten it 3 stars at least but the sides were awful! We got the mixed vegetables and orzo. The veggies were obviously from a cheap king supers steam bag and were crinkle cut carrots, broccoli stems and cauliflower. When we got home I saw the exact same ones left over in my fridge from the night before. The orzo tasted like they poured bad marinara sauce straight from a jar/can onto pasta. I was expecting a Greek pasta salad with olives and garlic and feta but this was just bad. I have no desire to return even with the half off an entree coupon they send out.
Ordered gyro falafel and fries the gyro and falafel were so dried out that they were inedibl.the gyro meat was crunchy because it had been fried- $30 for 1 meal- while waiting 20 min for pick up the staff was goofing around like all 4 of them were on break- while diners were waiting for food-When I asked if they could check to see where my order was they looked up like I was interrupting them and simply said it’ll be ready in a minute without bothering to check on the order and then resumed goofing around-?
I love this place. The sample platter is awesome if you want to try everything. I've gone to this restaurant more than any other restaurant in FOCO.
Always good food, never disappointed when I eat here! Get the beef gyro with fries.
