I was blown away by the great food, and great customer service! I feel that the Butterfly Cafe is a hidden gem that doesn't get talked about enough in Fort Collins.
This place gets better every time I visit. The smoothies are dope. The sandwiches always hit the spot. And the staff are attentive, quick, and friendly. We definitely need more spaces like this in Fort Collins.
Love that they have their own baked items. Butterfly Chai is wonderful!

Cute place to grab breakfast, coffee, or a pastry. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and delicious food. I’ve never had a bad experience at the Butterfly Cafe. The food and staff are extremely consistent and everything is handmade.
Omg the sandwich I just ate was one of the best I’ve had in a long time. The bread is so fresh and the flavors of the sauce are incredible. So happy to have finally tried this place. Thanks for a great lunch. Made this pregnant lady really happy. ☺️

This little gem is what every neighborhood needs….a way of bringing the community together. Outdoor seating if you would like, while you sip on one of their many great coffee options. I also had the breakfast tacos and at first glance I had almost wished there were three, but, these two fill you up indeed! My friend had the Ham, Egg and Pesto Sandwich. He said the Pesto was the right amount and had great flavor! Make sure to visit these super nice people. Their customer service shines! I've been eating breakfast, lunch, and buying their coffees since they opened! I make it a point to sample different items most of the time. I have NEVER had anything bad at this little gem of a cafe! The employees are courteous and always take such pride in service, presentation and the gourmet food. You should try it! My favorites: Avocado Toast, Ham Egg & Pesto Sandwich, Turkey Avocado Sandwich, Kale and Quinoa Salads, Mocha, Caramel Latte, Green Genie and Chocolate Dream Smoothies, as well as their Chocolate Chip cookies! AWESOME!
