I picked up 30 on the bone wings to go. (I've been trying various wing places around town.) Ordering was easy online, and ready in 28 minutes. The hostess was cordial and efficient getting my order. Plenty of parking with up-front take out and disabled spots.I ordered 4 different flavors of the hot and very hot varieties. (Buffalo, mango habanero, Nashville, desert heat) None were really that spicy, and all the sauces tended to be on the sweeter side. The Wings were cooked well though, and were all medium to large pieces.

Hands down the worst service I have ever received. Our first server was inattentive and completely negligent to our table. When we received a new server they were zero improvement to the first. My side of fries came out well after I finished eating my wings and they were cold? It's as if they were just sitting in the back unnoticed. Soggy and definitely stale by the time they were received. Along with that, neither my girlfriend nor I received our carrots and celery we ordered with our wings at all. Then our table received my order twice over instead of what everyone else had ordered. It's one thing if a restaurant is busy but it was completely dead in there. Servers were idly standing around the reception booth chatting and paying no attention to the people in the restaurant. I had to walk my card to the front to check out because I was so tired of getting ignored. The only positive was my beer was still cold when they brought it to me twenty minutes after I ordered it.
This was the worst BWW I have ever been to. I was there with my family of four on vacation. Our waitress did not communicate the fact that all of our food and meals would come out separately as they were made because the kitchen was understaffed. I ordered nachos for my meal. They came out cold and 40 minutes before the next item which was mozzarella sticks. My husband and kids ordered wings and fries. Their fries came 10 minutes later and were cold. We never got the wings. I had sent the cold nachos back but never received new ones. When I spoke to the manager, he blamed the problem on Covid and the fact that there was a hockey game happening. We left without eating even though we had been there for over 2 hours.
Endlessly horrible place. I used to go there. And recommend they actually put a decent amount of sauce on their wings. I asked them how much it would cost to actually put sauce on it and they said pennies. I spent $60 on dinner. I couldn’t even tell what flavor of wings they were. Why scrimp over pennies? That is why on a Tuesday night which is their special night , The place is a ghost town.Maybe you guys should consider actually putting out a good tasting product as opposed to saving a few pennies.
Terrible quality. It so frustrating when you go out of your way to pick up a special dinner for family and recieve this. That is a 15$ "wedge" salad that didnt even come with the blue cheese it was supposed to and carrots I paid extra for. Literally had to throw it outside for bunnies to eat.
The loaded nachos with chicken, guacamole, and sour cream! Enough said. Is a delicious and perfect meal all on its own. Staff and always friendly and professional. Go for the wings, enjoy yourself for the nachos, and cheer on your favorite sports team on the plethora of TVs.
Waited for food for over 1.5 hrs with a table of 8. Just want them to know, make sure your staff are trained well. The staff were OK but service was to slow. I would Ike to. Visit again an give a better review. Will be trying this place again.
Unfortunately we had a bad experience at your restaurant today. My boyfriend and I decided to eat outside In the patio. Our server did the best she could and we are very grateful for that but when we received our check no one came back to run the card. We waited 25 mins so I went into the restaurant and the manager happened to pass me. I politely told her no one came to get our card and when she had the chance if she could run it. She immediately turned to me and told me that my server is all alone in the restaurant today and to be patient. She snapped at me so intensely that I almost started to cry. I was just trying to pay.. our food was cold when we received it but I let that slide because our server was trying her best. The last thing I want to do it leave a bad review but this experience really upset me and we will probably not be coming back.
Bummer! I thought I ordered garlic Parm boneless and got spicy garlic. Can't even eat these. 15$ gone! I bet if you love spicy, you will love these.Sadly, these will be tossed out. I cant eat this.
Waitress at buffalo wild wings could have been more polite and respectful when I inquired on a simple refill charge question. No need to get upset when I the client ask an innocent politely asked question. This place used to be amazing with friendly waiters and waitresses. I wonder what happened. There's a way to talk to people without giving a client an attitude. More people skills and less rudeness attitude please. Love sports and the fun atmosphere. Don't love the rudeness from the waitress.
