My daughter and I decided to try Blue Agave Grill Saturday evening. We both ordered the Signature Asada and agree that this dish was absolutely delicious! A must try in Ft. Collins! Absolutely loved it!

Outstanding food and service. I highly recommend Blue Agave.
Noisy, busy night. Had reservation but couldnât be accommodated, as expected. Food quality was fair, and presentation better than food taste. Roasted corn appetizer was not as described â it was a soupy mess! Really poor execution. Rice was undercooked, and room temp to cool. Chicken lime entree was good, according to the person who ordered it. Looked âroutineâ to me. Server was pleasant and friendly.
The Salmon was excellent. Cooked perfectly and the teriyaki sauce was a great addition to the flavor. The sprouts on the side were one of the best flavored and my wife truly enjoyed her entire meal. The chips and salsa were really good and we enjoyed a couple of servings while we waited. Overall would recommend for nice atmosphere and excellent food. Our server always made sure we were well taken care of on our drinks and service.
The food didnât all come out together which for only a party of 6 was a bit disappointing. And to make matters worse, a couple of dishes obviously sat under a heat lamp which dried them out quite a bit. The service was good! I wouldnât recommend Blue Agave for larger parties or non traditional Mexican foodâ¦the lobster/Shrimp Mac & Cheese was quite dry (minimal cheese) and lacked much flavor especially for the price.

Very favorable restaurant experience with the extended family. Despite many picky eaters and divergent food preferences, five out of six were very, very happy with their dishes and the dissatisfaction of the sixth, a child, was no fault of the restaurant. Service was excellent. The noise was from a crowd at the bar.
I dined on 7/28/2022. I had made reservations because the restaurant is usually full. Tonight was no exception. I ordered the steak tacos enfuego. The were delicious. I highly recommend this place.
