Worst visit ever! Went to BJs and ordered drinks, appetizers and dinner. Drinks and appetizers came out quickly and they were good. However 20+ minutes later still no dinner. We asked the waitress about the order and she indicated she had just checked on it and it would be right up. 10 more minutes and we flagged down the manager and asked him about the 30 minute delay and he said it was unacceptable and would get in it right away. He never returned. The waitress finally came back 7 minutes later to say that our order was given to another table. When we questioned her and asked for the manager to come back she left to talk to him. He didn't return but went to the back.We left!If they would have communicated and been honest this could have been avoided.Other BJs don't seem to have this issue.
Wouldn't know about the service. Walked in and there were about 15 people waiting to be seated. Hostess said about 30min wait which is fine for a good restaurant. Then i noticed that every table and booth visible from the hostess stand ( at least 7 tables and 3 booths) were set and empty. The entire bar seating was empty. I asked about them and was told again 30min wait. We left an went elsewhere. A simple explanation would have prevented this poor review. There are a lot of restaurants in this town so we simply spent our money in a different establishment.
I work down the street and wanted to have a quick lunch. It took 10 minutes to be greeted once I was shown to my seat. It was 30 min later that I had to ask about our food because I needed to get back to work. I got my lunch Spaghetti with 10 min to spare and my friend didn't get her lunch pizza until we were about to leave. My pasta was completely over cooked. I ordered a side of fries and I literally got about 20 fries for $4. They did comp my friends pizza since we didn't get it in the 45 minutes we were there, that's the only reason they are getting 2 stars.
We ordered the baby back ribs through door dash. We ordered and enjoyed this food in the past multiple times except for this time.Someone put a lot of salts over our ribs and we cannot eat this at all. Since it is the food taste issue, I cannot get the full refund for this. I am not sure if this is a simple mistake or someone deliberately did this for my order. Anyway I recommend not to order this item.
Wow! The Best pepperoni pizza and a spicy Bloody Mary. It's just over the top. YUM!
I never write bad reviews unless it's warranted. Well, here I am... Horrendous experience! Called earlier in the day to get a reservation for two. Lady on the phone asked me what time, I said 6 or 6:30, whatever was easier. She said 6:15, which was fine with us. We get there at 6:10 and were then told it would be a 30 minute wait... Why did I even call and get on their list? Whatever... We waited. After finally being sat, we had a waitress who seemed rather stressed and anxious, very scatter-brained. Only brought us one set of silverware; we waited 20-30 minutes for the second set. The drinks took awhile to get, but the more annoying part of it was the COST of the drinks. I paid $18 for sangria? What in the world?! It was not an awesome drink, nothing stellar or superb to live up to the EIGHTEEN dollars. Our food took over an hour to get to us, and we ordered a chicken club sandwich and a salad (literally, two items which should take little to no time to prepare - or so we thought). We are pretty certain the waitress forgot to actually put our order in. After we got done eating, we were in a hurry and get out because we had other errands to get to, so we asked to pay our bill. I had a small gift card which I added to our payment and apparently the waitress couldn't get it to read, so she had to get the manager to assist with a manual entry. That took another fifteen minutes of us waiting for our bill to come back. We paid $75 for a sandwich, salad, two drinks, and chips for an appetizer. Terrible service (which I guess is to be expected in this industry at the moment), food was eh - mediocre at best, and the wait was unbearable. The icing on the cake was my fiance (with the iron gut) getting extremely sick from his chicken sandwich and puking all night. We will never be back.
The service was great and our waiter was very attentive to us and our needs. Unfortunately we both got terrible food poisoning after we ate here so I would probably recommend staff and cooks to really wash their hands before handling food or making sure they don’t feel ill when cooking. Otherwise, the food was good when we ate it and we didn’t have to wait long.

We both ordered steak tips tonight and meat was tough. As appetizer we had lettuce wedge and had only 3 minutes to eat salad before entre was served. We complained when manager asked if all was ok. The manager said we would get free dessert. We waited 40 minutes with no dessert served. We paid and left. Pathetic
My wife had the kale and brussels sprout salad, which she reported to be excellent. I had the guacamole and bacon burgher, which I have to say was just ok. However, our server did a phenomenal job serving our table of 7 and answering all questions.
