Seasonal drinks are delicious. Hope you have time to spare, drinks can take awhile. Mobile ordering isn’t any quicker than going inside so don’t waste your time.

Visited on a sat morning around 8 and place was packed. Took awhile but I can see why it’s so busy. That was some of the best cold brew I’ve had so far. The pastry selection too. Limited seating indoors but lots of tables outside for the nicer days. I will be stopping out here again real soon.
Decided to treated myself to a yummy Bindle chai & pastry today since I haven’t been since summer of last year. After I ordered my chai I asked if it was ok to wait outside since it was busy and there were not a lot of room to wait inside. Once outside the young girl working the to-go window asked if I waiting for an order, I told her about the chai I was waiting for and asked if she knew how much longer it would be. She mentioned they were making it, turned around and sarcastically said, “how much longer is it going to be!” And then sarcastically replied to herself, “fooorrrrever!”. Shortly after a young man handed me my chai, I mentioned I wasn’t trying to be rude and apologized if it came across that way. Honestly, I doubt I’ll go back, yes they have yummy treats but it’s not worth it if it means being disrespected when I go.
Nice little cafe, okay burritos, but the coffee is not good. Had a flat white, just tastes watery and underextraxted
Bindle is an absolute gem and Fort Collins is lucky to have it. Excellent coffee, thoughtful food and pastries, unique atmosphere, and welcoming staff. If you go at a peak time, you'll wait in line a bit but for me that adds to the experience and makes me happy to see a small business thriving. Bindle is among my favorite cafes I have ever been to. It's a special spot worth frequenting.
Best coffee shop in Fort Collins! I love their matcha latte with dairy free milk and their gluten free breakfast sandwich is the most delicious breakfast sandwich you'll ever eat in your life! It's so special with the chives in the gluten free biscuit and the special sauce they add on. I crave it often!! I also enjoy their gluten free Paleo cookies, healthy and delicious! Great staff and customer service always!
