Delicious burritos and the staff is always friendly. Phat Tuesday deals are an amazing day to try their famous potato burritos if you have never been! Would recommend to anyone looking for a high price to value meal
Great breakfast burrito. Local joint that stays busy, but space needs a serious update. I know sometimes it’s great to love the local hole in the wall, and I do too. But a fresh dining room is needed.
Big city burritos never disappoint me. The potato burrito, breakfast burrito with spicy sauces are satisfying and remind me when I was a CSU student. I would recommend big city burrito to someone who want to try different Mexican taste than chipotle and qdoba.
I've been eating Big City burritos for 20 years. And I still love it! The potato burrito on spinach or jalapeno cheddar wrap with ranch and a few salsas is the bomb.
Years ago, I can recall a line out the door - but no more. From a lack of understandable menu kiosk to prices that don't add up for what you receive. Nothing wrong with the food but definitely better dining experiences elsewhere for the cost of these burritos - Covid notwithstanding. PS: My teen who will eat most anything doesn't wish to return.
Their menu on their website and which they have loose leaf in the store says they have gluten free tortillas, but when I ordered online, it only gave me the option to write in the notes section. I wrote that I needed a gluten free tortilla in the notes. When I got there, it took a second for someone to greet me, but when they did, they handed me my food and I left. Once I got back home, I noticed they had not given me a tortilla at all, let alone a burrito. They put the small bit of contents from my burrito in a plastic container. I was deeply disappointed and saddened as no one called to let me know or addressed it with me upon pick up. They charged me the normal price for a burrito and didn’t give me a burrito. Consideration goes a long way. Unless they correct the mistake, we won’t be back.
A seasoned door dash driver picking up an order for down the street. A single burrito. Not only do I have to fight to get the staff attention, but they wouldn’t give me the order without a thermal bag. I’ve door dashed in all of northern and central Colorado for close to a year and have never encountered this. Due to how far I had to park, I said just cancel it. And I let my customer know you wouldn’t let me deliver her food… that was 5 minutes away. Absolutely ridiculous.
Big City Burrito is my absolute favorite!! If you haven’t visited this popular little secret then you are missing out!! Wonderful!! Tuesday’s are the best days to go but don’t limit yourself!! They have a custom soda machine too. Be sure to get the strawberry habanero sauce!!!
This is my favorite burrito in Fort Collins. I have enjoyed seeing the changes in this little restaurant over the decades making a Tuesday homage to eat here but I still love to order the same regular potato with strawberry habanero.
Just went today for lunch. Use to be one of my favorite places. But some business are just taking advantage of the inflation. I paid $12 fort a bean rice and potatoes burrito. No meat. No veggies. Just simple potatoes, beans and rice. It was $15 with a drink. Sad to say this was my last time coming here. They are good burritos but not even close to being worth that much.
