I arrived at Berry Blends at 12:10 Tuesday. Middle of lunch hour. There was one employee working. She was doing an amazing job. I would say she was doing the job of three people. We had to wait 10 minutes because she had to do door Dash pickups before she could help the customers inside the store. It was almost 20 minutes before I got to leave the store with my smoothie. People's lunch breaks range from 30 minutes to 1 hour . Regardless, I cannot give my lunch break up to get a smoothie.I feel like this is a perfect example of a business not respecting and supporting its employees and not respecting customers time and experience.I would hope that you can do better.
Love it here! If I'm working in Fort Collins I always stop in to grab a smoothie. Just like inta juice. Almost identical menu. But taste great and service is always quick and friendly so that's a big plus.
Cant get enough of the good stuff. Excellent selection, fantastic price and service. Prefer this over yogurt.
The smoothies here are flippin awesome, the service is prompt, and the servers are always friendly and professional! They have BIG cups too, in case your craving is BIG! Highly recommend this to fill your smoothie craving!!

Usually we always have a great experience this time my family and I arrived a few minutes before they were closing not realizing, as the open sign was still on. We greated the employee only to be ignored. Then when we go to order we are told we need to hurry they close in 2 minutes. I gave my phone# for points that were not recieved. Also when we were given the 3 separate drinks she did not say which one was which so I had to ask. One did not even taste like anything but banana which was very bland. We also tipped kindly to be treated very poorly.
Management here is horrible. You try and bring something to their attention and get treated horribly by sequoia. The staff all looks miserable here and I can see why with a management staff like that. Avoids this place and try another local smoothly shop I’m sure you will be allot more pleased.

I called 15 minutes ahead and still when I arrived the employee did not have my juice ready and made all of the other drinks first, o understand waiting in line for your turn but I called ahead for a reason. When I did get my drink it was warm.
Such delicious, fresh, nutritious food here. And loved the Tequila train delay! Very friendly servers too. Monte is a very nice young man. Cute place.
