Staff is friendly and made up shakes quickly. It was busy but staff was calm and professional.
The drinks are good young high school girls are very rude and disrespectful. When you order a drink the way you want you should get it the way you want and not be told really that's very disrespectful and then you make it the wrong way and then I say something and they get mad and then denying a bill that I had saying they don't have change and you can see the change in the register they don't want to take it very disrespectful high school kids need to be taught how to respect customers
Not sure if it's an unwritten store policy or the staff, but this place seems to have a problem opening and closing on time. Either come 30 minutes after "opening" or 30 minutes before "close" if you want service.
Smoothies were okay but the service was not good. We came in 25 minutes before closing and they were cleaned up and glared when we came in. A family came in after us and walked out because of the bad service. Staff needs better training on customer service.
The food was good but the service was awful. They were argumentative to us and to the people that were in line behind us. We came in 25 minutes before close and they glared at us. A family of four behind us left because they were so rude.
Rude. Rude. Rude. If the hours say you are open until 8 and you go in at 7:30….probably not appropriate to glare at the customers. Others behind us left due to how rude the 2 teenagers running the store treated them. Not a way to run a business.
Love these cold drinks! I had a tropical blend last time that was just the perfect thing on a hot day
Smoothie areas could be cleaner. They were out of some menu items. The smoothie was good though.
Understaffed and extremely expensive for what they are offering. I’d be willing to pay for their “blends” at $9 if they had gold leaf in it.
I went here daily for a while to get protein shakes after the gym, one day, they say " if you want to wait outside I can serve you without your mask " I said, okay, next time I come in, that girl didn't work there anymore and they wouldn't serve me. Really strange policy around Colorado where Costco and best buy and whole foods don't seem to care but a little smoothie shop with 3 customers an hour won't sell you anything. LOL!
