Phenomenal food from a cute little out of the way place. They have a small sitting area inside the mall the food is delicious my personal recommendation is the media notche (spelling?) It's a bit smaller than the regular Cubano but tge slight sweetness of the bread adds to the overall flavor of the food. The bread they use is made fresh in house and you can smell it baking the moment you open the doors to the mall.
So very good! You can taste the love! Had the Cubano, coffee con Leche ( their's is very sweet and no decaf - but is a true cuban roast! ) and don't forget dessert! I had the guava pastelito and it was great! Check their wwb site for hours. Cubano sandwiches only after 11am.
Amazing place with fantastic food! We ordered a variety of things and it all tasted out of this world good. The service was great and we were surprised by how fast it was all done. Will definitely be returning and would absolutely recommend to others. Definitely try their Cubano and cafe con leche

My experience at Babalu’s was excellent. The staff here are incredibly friendly! The cream cheese and guava pastelitos that we ordered were so delicious, and the coffee far exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend this little cafe!!
I enjoy this place as the service and food were top notch, however they’re never open. Been by four times (within business hours) and only been able to get food 1x. The other three, they are on different week long vacations. Frustrating, I’m going to stop trying…
I went to Babalu's Cuban Cafe, because a friend had recommended their Cubano sandwich. I was pleasantly surprised, as I have tried other places in northern Colorado; this was the first that met (& exceeded) my expectations! ¡Muy rico!I highly recommend Babalu's, including their empanadas & postres...an authentic sweet treat, especially good with a cafecito or cafe con lache
