Food is fast and hot. Orders are always correct and staff is friendly.

Great experience at Arby's! There was a large order in front of me so I had a little bit of a wait. At the window they were super friendly and joked with me about not wanting any sauces! Made me laugh. Delicious mozzarella sticks and orange dream shake!
We come down here to eat because the North college Arby's dining room is never open. At least I am assured to get my order correctly here, and the people are nice. Dining room is clean and well stocked.
Damien gave good fast service. The overall service is very consistent. Ordered the same thing multiple times, always tasted the same. Not too busy of a location, highly recommend.Update:The staff are extremely good, I can, without a doubt, say that this is the best fast food drive through experience in Ft. Collins. Staff seems to be a new team, and they are very good at what they do.
If you like a room temperature bun served with little scraps of room temperature roast beef, and "hot curly fries" which are a little warmer than room temperature and look like the final remains of a 20-pound bag, you should have been there tonight because they nailed it.
Good food. This place is great if you get the before 8. The staff is super friendly and helpful. If you go after 8 your fries will probably be redipped in the Fryer. 5his has happened the last 4 times. If you go for lunch or dinner you will get fresh food.
Day shift Female manage has no business being in customer service as she cannot adequately run this location. Not sure what's changed other than her in the last few years, as I've been a loyal customer since 2014. We spend over $30 to have family lunch this afternoon. First of all she wouldn't honor my military discount per usual. Then when we got home we didn't have any condiments in our order, specifically any Mariana sauce for the two orders of cheese sticks we received. Not even a single napkin was in our bags. I called to inform her and she completely disregarded my concern and no care that they missed the mark. Only stating we should have asked for it. I've never had to ask for Mariana for cheese stick...it's a given. And the cashier didn't tell us anything when we paid, nor asked if we needed any condiments. Every time I've ever been here it was given. Only things ever questioned were horsey sauce or special Arby's sauce upon request. Ketchup & Mariana has ALWAYS been given in the past, at this specific location. I'm tired of RUDE management with no customer service skills and poor quality food. No more of my business Arby's!
There seems to be a difficulty filling orders correctly. A month ago I ordered through Grubhub mozzarella sticks and did not get the sauce. On Friday, I went through the drive thru. I had ordered a meal with fries and a side order of fries. Was asked what kind of fries I wanted. When I got home there were no fries. I love the roast beef sandwiches. It's just too bad that my orders cannot be filled adequately.
Very nice staff. I’ve never went to a fast food place and had someone ask to take my trash… well this Arby’s did… great service. I LOVE ARBYS
Well after working 12 hrs all I wanted was something ediable. After calling them the first time and telling them there food wasnt cooked properly and was well raw almost, my wife went up and they replaced it without a problem, but with 3 more raw sandwichs...... cant even call them back again, it's like talking to a brick wall.......just going tell corporate and take this as a loss.
