The best restaurant that I've been to in years!!??? Most of my life revolves around food and this restaurant was featured on Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives! It felt like the menu was made for me! Started with a the 451 cocktail. I am a huge fan of fresh ginger and fresh lime. The cocktail was perfectly balanced. I then got the crispy polenta. So good...creamy, crispy, great sauce and fun microgreens. For mains I got the roasted beet salad with tofu, my son got the chicken and waffles and my husband got the migas bowl. It was all so flavorful, so fresh and cooked to perfection. I will absolutely be back! Can't wait to try out more dishes!
It has a beautiful sunny front patio as well as a more sheltered back patio with a huge water feature. I opted for the back patio as the front patio was near the train which can be loud. While on the back patio, A train passed and the ambiance was not lost.Plus they were playing Selena when I walked in so they get bonus points!
We had high hopes since this place was featured on DDD. Maybe they were having an off-night. We ordered the blackened cauliflower which was on DDD and it was way over salted. The rest of the dish was of high quality and the bitter greens with the polenta base was enjoyable but the cauliflower was just too salty.Our pizza was made with quality ingredients and cooked perfectly. It didn’t stand out as anything special, but was a nice dish and something you’d find at an artisan pizza restaurant and if you’re looking for pizza then this is a good spot.The service left a lot to desire, but I’ll chock it up to the fact that a group of 30 was taking most over their attention, which may also explain why their signature dish was disappointing.I’ll give this place another chance the next time I’m in Fort Collins and try a few more items from the menu.
With all the glowing reviews, maybe my expectations were too high? It was okay. Nothing particularly special or outstanding. Nice. It wasn’t too busy when we were there, but when we returned a dirty fork, the waitress never brought another. No one complained about their meal, but no one said anything positive, either. Average, decent. Acceptable.
I want to cry because this place isn’t in Florida, where I live. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING FOOD and my sister and I are foodies. The quinoa bowl was the best I ever had. Veggies are delicious. Just totally in love with this place. Sister loved the house margarita too.
Delicious lunch! We had the provincial sandwich and red pepper tomato soup as well as the beet salad and it was all so good! They also had a ton of super great vegetarian options. Expectations exceeded :)
We have had two different family celebrations (plus many meals) with Deborah and her staff. Both times we had a 5 star experience with food, drink, service and atmosphere. Thank you for helping to make special memories for us and those we love!
We drove an hour to get here at my sister's recommendation, and after having been, I'd happily drive two hours! The food and drinks we had were amazing, the menu is so varied and interesting I'd love to try everything once. Truly loved the excellent safer outdoor dining patio options as well. Highly recommend giving them a try. Just wish I lived closer!
Every once in a great while, not very often any more, I have a meal that was so good I will actually remember everything perfect thing about it. This was one of those times. My friends and I went for lunch and sat outside in their back patio on a perfect fall day. I ordered the salmon and everything was stellar delicious and cooked perfectly! The chefs are amazing and all the staff was great. Thank you for a very awesome experience.
The Service was good. Food was okay. Some of the food was tasty and some was just average. Nothing to write home about though.
