Spent $18+ on 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and 2 medium fries. Sandwiches were more of a crunchy breading than it was chicken. Tomato was soggy and droopy, with a single piece of funky lettuce. These used to be good. Fries, which Wendy's says are their best yet, were far from meeting anyone's standards or at least mine. Some were good, most were soggy. The whole experience was not worth the $. Staff was friendly. C'mon Man.
Just go to Del Taco across the street. Staff will watch you walk in, and walk past you, but won't serve you unless you physically ask them. Then, even if it is slow, and you can see your food waiting behind the counter, they won't give it to you until you physically ask them. Since this is FF chain, staff changes often. The staff as of 4/3/22. Wait a few months and let them be fired/rotate to another job before coming here.

This place is always busy.. There is always a-line in the drive-through.. They always get the orders correct and are very nice.
Please remember to ask for light iceRegular drinks are top off with ice and then filled up. Paid 5$ for this cup full of ice when I asked for a lemonade. This is maddening.
No clue what the ladies names are but the ones working at 4pm on February 3rd 2022 are so sweet and wonderful! Thank you ladies!
Breakfast sandwich was cold... guess I should have called ahead to keep it warm. Not recommend,Skip this one unless you like the cold breakfast sandwich
I ordered ahead on the app. The app said I paid for it with my card and when I got to Wendy's and waited in line for 10 minutes they then said they had no record of my order. I showed them in the app the order number, the fact that I had paid, and that I was at the correct Wendy's. Then the manager wanted to see the list of items. As soon as I tried to show her the list , the app cancelled the order. I got out of line to check the bank (whose app does work) and found that the money is pending a refund now. So now I waited again to make my order the way I should have. I get no apology or explanation whatsoever. Oh and I tried to feed this back to Wendy's website and apparently they don't want to hear complaints because after typing everything in, it then says the website is not responding.
I think this is the only Wendy's I go to. Lol. I've never had an issue here. The staff are friendly and helpful.
It was lunch time so the line was pretty long in the Drive-Thru. It was worth the wait my partner and I were hungry!! Been to this Wendy's many of times. It's right around the corner from my house. I have never ever experienced a problem here. Good food for fast food and the staff is pretty friendly
