It actually took a little longer than normal but every single employee was hustling big time. Everything came out great and I'm really rooting for all the Tokyo Joe's to come back!

Ordered Uber Eats but they didn’t include the sauces as specifically request. Bad enough Uber eats is expensive but when you can’t get away and it’s necessary to order would be nice if the order is correct. Literally an online order, no hard. Do better

This location is awful. First off it's trashed and the restrooms aren't functional. The gal that rang me up made me repeat everything I said and was standing there sipping on her drink while I was trying to order...she acted like she didn't hear anything I said...it was quite rude. I asked for my food to go and they brought it out on a plate. So of course I'm the a hole that has to ask for them to package the food to go because home girl at the register was too busy sipping her drink to listen to what I was saying. 20$ for 2 sushi rolls, a trashed bathroom and someone that was seemingly intentionally rude at the register. Nooo thanks

I had one of the best Poke bowls I have ever had here! Thursday 12/16 730 pm, Whoever made this, it was wonderful! Thank you :)

I order from here a LOT- it’s convenient healthy food close to my office. The staff is always pleasant and greet me as I run in to grab my order. They have busy days and get overwhelmed like every other restaurant since the pandemic situation started. Today I had this sweet message greet me as I opened my bag. Thank you !! There are still kind people out there and some of them are working at Tokyo Joes. The little acts of kindness matter!

Disappointed in our meals tonight. One was a salmon bowl. It was dry, tasteless (no teriyaki sauce per my request) and hard as an old piece of leather. The avocado was not ripe.My husband’s steak bowl is dry and again no sauce as ordered. Won’t be back. We have had good meals here in the past.

I really enjoy Tokyo Joes and there are two locations I go to, one by my work and one my my home. This is the location by my workplace and it's my favorite of the two I frequent. The employees currently working here do a really great job and despite this being a far busier location than the one by my house; I actually think they usually prepare the food quicker and make less mistakes.Be aware that the lunch hour rush is often pretty crazy due to the high school nearby and the fact that it's just a popular spot, but like I said I think they actually do a really good job managing the traffic. I usually put in pickup orders and they usually beat the website estimate... you can't ask for much more than that! The one time I had to wait (for 5 mins) they offered me a complimentary drink, which I thought was very gracious. Great food and great employees... 5 stars.

Stopped by to get a single roll on my way home. Waited for 25 minutes and had to ask the employees twice about the status of my single roll order. Watched as several people who came in after me received their larger orders before I did. I understand that things can get backed up with larger orders but I was disappointed to watch them quickly throw my roll together in all of two minutes after I asked them for the second time what the status was on my order. Didn’t even get ginger or wasabi with the order. I’ve been going to this location since 2004 but I think this may be my last time.

Sorely Understaffed. Tables full of dirty dishes for nearly an hour.Super slow out of the kitchen. What happened Tokyo Joe?

My husband absolutely loved this place, i thought it was decent. It seems like a very small amount of chicken for a bowl. But my husband was happy with it. I did like that there were lots of options to put into you bowl. I will say we showed up at the same time as the local high schools lunch break. They were completely slammed, and we still only had to wait a few minutes for our food. You could tell they were hectic, but they definitely know what they are doing.
