Ok can i say i am hooked my girl had me try this place out anf all i can say is "Where you been all my life!" I have tried the mojo bowl and the bbq bahmi bowl and both was delicious.
Just went in for lunch, great food but one of the workers made the experience even better.. beautiful smile and very friendly I will definitely be back!! ?
Staff was very attentive and the food was very good. Yep, I would go there again. Actually I probably will!
One of the staff members not very friendly or helpful. I had went there because a BOGO promotion I received an email for. They would not honor it because I failed to produce the right phone number eventhough I showed them the email. One staff person seemed more bothered by our presence eventhough the place not busy. I left eventhough I drove there in the snow and went home to cook. I just didn't see spending any more time or money made sense given the apathy shown us. It was very disappointing being treated as a bother rather than a potential customer. I wouldn't recommend.
Waste of $50.00 failed to provide the sauces for the bowls. Need to check their to go orders before sending them out with the Uber driver.
Tokyo Joe's is the best alternative for on the go sushi, poke and some warm food Oriental comfort food. In this particular restaurant, personnel was kind, professional and fast. Food continues to be good and savory. Go for the mango sushi!
Fantastic! So many options. Most all of them healthy. Even meal prep meals and kids meals. The sauces are phenomenal. This is my new favorite resteraunt in Englewood.
We’ve ordered from this location twice recently and each time there was no sauce provided. We ordered sushi, no soy sauce. We ordered a rice bowl and no sauce. We’ve read all of the recent reviews and this seems to be everyone’s experience. Why not change processes and procedures to make sure the guest experience is positive? We won’t be ordering from this store any time soon.

Ordered takeout online and our order came nothing like we had placed it. Payed extra for ramen noodles in one bowl and received udon. None of us received the veggies we ordered, only two-three in each bowl even though we all ordered 5-8. It wasn’t even the same veggies in each bowl so, wasn’t like they were out of stuff. We paid extra for no carb, double veggies with one and received an extremely embarrassing amount of two different types of veggies. Should have communicated if you couldn’t properly complete the order and refunded us for what we were up charged. Won’t be ordering from them again unless they make it right, bummed because we’re Tokyo joes regulars and normally have great experiences.
