Just left from this taco bell they were very rude at the drive thru i wanted to get a mexican pizza that everyone has been talking about and they said ita been discontinued again... i thought it just came back? And when we were handed our food she didnt say anything no thank or come again she just closed the window. My husband had to knock just to get sauce packets. Never coming to this taco bell again
Don’t waste your time or money here. Management could care less about maintaining any sense of professionalism. No cars in the drive thru but they’ll still park you. But make sure you stay on top of them otherwise you’ll wind up like me. I waited 30 minutes for my order before walking in only to be handed an incomplete and inaccurate order. The staff cares nothing about that though. They were too busy entertaining a guy loitering in the parking lot and the lobby that was obviously on drugs bothering everyone. But I guess the staff there are friends with this guy because they didn’t seem to bat an eye. Insult to I jury when I finally get my order and realize, half the stuff is missing. I also had to ask them for the drink but considering they didn’t have any way of tracking the orders they were ignoring, I wouldn’t expect that to be a problem for them.My advice: stop parking cars and maybe you’ll be able to stay on top of orders. At least make an attempt to keep crackheads out of your lobby. Pay attention to the orders so the next time I eat something I don’t have to worry about allergens being in my food.
Horrible. There was no one in drive thru and everyone in the lobby already had their food and they took forever to acknowledge me and take my order. I ordered a cheesy gordita crunch and the lettuce taste like feet and the meat tasted like bacteria. I also ordered a quesadilla and the cheese wasn't even melted. They need to hire some decent help or get their act right. Will not be returning.
I am giving them one star due to the fact that they stole my husband's money and my order wasn't how I ordered it. When he went back to get a refund for the money she stole the manager told him that he couldn't give him his money back. He told him that he had to have a receipt. I told my husband that they can look at the closeout from the night before and see which drawer was over. The manager then pressured my husband to take free food instead of his money back! Basically my husband used his debit card and cash and the girl overcharged his card an extra $10. So she had to have pocketed that $10. SMMH!! ****DON'T TRUST THEM WITH YOUR DEBIT CARD!!****We went here on a late night. We went through the drive thru this early morning and the girl taking orders was very rude. She kept speaking over my husband when he was describing what he wanted. I got my nachos bell grande with light beans and low and behold nothing but beans. A tiny bit of cheese and broken pieces of chips. The taco shells were soggy with meat falling out of them.
Went through the drive thru and placed my order. I didn't get my quesadilla, and everything had sour cream when I specifically said no sour cream. Also got the wrong hot sauce
Has anyone EVER had Taco Bell or any other restaurant tell them, "My system just went down so we're not taking orders at this time."? Myself and about 10 more cars just waited and watched a whole line of cars in front of us get their food, only to be told that when we got to the speaker. I'm super glad I didn't put my order in online, because I would have been even more mad when I didn't get the food I paid for. It was 1:15a.m.- they close at 2:00. Coincidence, I think not. Seriously, people checking out and closing up early now days and not giving the slightest about customers is an absolute EPIDEMIC these days. Anyway, customer service and quality at this location is typically pretty poor- but this experience takes the cake for now. I'd like to share all my experiences if any management or corporate folks would care to hear about them. My Taco system is down... SHEESH!!
This is the cleanest Taco Bell I have ever been to both bathrooms and dining area. The staff is very friendly. We were here around 6pm on a Monday so it was busy but they were quick to take our order. Our order was correct besides a freeze that was the wrong flavor but it's no biggie. Good job guys.
This has to be one of the slowest Taco Bell's on the planet! Won't be a single other car in drive thru and parking lot and you should plan on being there 20-25 min. And don't think I'm the past 8 years it hasn't ever been this way . And don't recall order being right even once !
Absolutely the WORST service. If you plan on eating inside don't expect to be helped anytime soon. I made eye contact with 3 employees and still was ignored. After 10 minuets the 3 other people behind me left. I was rudely asked "what's your name" yet I haven't even ordered and was still left at the counter. It took so long a young man who was clearly on his lunch break came and checked me out. So thank you Javier, and only Javier. Fancy shirt manager lady needs to take notes from him.
The food is great ?I give 5stars for the food it was delicious. But the female Mexican supervisor came in and was very disrespectful to her staff, not to mention to all the customers that she waited.she was represented too bell as ghetto and the store was not clean. No hot sauces, napkins. Maybe It Is Ghetto!!!!
