Absolutely worthless staff. I sat for 10 minutes without anyone else in the building before ordering. With multiple managers sitting at a table. I get having meetings but I would figure their customer service would be more important. And one poor lady cooking by herself. People behind me in line waited even longer. Work ethic is no longer a thing
As odd as this may sound, this was my FIRST food stop after I landed back in the US (Denver) from Mexico! ?? I was so glad to be back on home soil after a long trip! I was also excited to have some Mountain Dew, because there didn't seem to be a drop of it anywhere in Mexico! ???The service at this particular location was amazing! BONUS: They were able to make me my favorite Chilli Cheese Burrito!!! Those of you Chilli Cheese Burrito Fans know that NOT ALL Taco Bell locations make this (for whatever reason)....so it's always a great day when they tell me, "Yes, we so make those!" ?I believe this was the Taco Bell on Dry Creek Rd in Denver. Well Done to that Staff/Location! ?
Absolutely atrocious to order from, they made our driver wait in the drive thru for AN HOUR and somehow still managed to get EVERY single aspect of our order wrong. They literally just threw a bunch of random plain hardshell tacos and bean burritos (and i mean JUST refried beans in a tortilla) in a bag and called it a day. That was not even remotely what we ordered, plus I'm a vegetarian so I couldn't even eat most of what they did deign to give us??? Baffling. Please just close lmao.
Saw 3+ employees hanging out outside, pulled up to the speaker and was told they are “closed for the next 30 minutes” with no explanation. I’m 100% sure they just wanted to stand around and talk. This is the third time we’ve tried to come here after they were unexpectedly closed hours early, and then stopped us from entering the drive thru because they wanted to close early. Not that I’m expecting white glove service from Taco Bell but I at least expect to be able to get my junk food from them, it doesn’t even have to be good!Edit: Came back the next day out of curiosity and see other people getting pushed through the drive thru as well.
I used to really enjoy going to this location since it's so close to where I live, but recently (the last ~10 months) they've either always gotten my order wrong, my food is prepared absolutely horribly (too much sauce, absolutely no key ingredients such as potatoes in the spicy potato soft taco), it looks absolutely disgusting, tastes disgusting, or I get stuck in the line for at times an hour and a half. Since there's no way to actually exit the line due to a blockage in the parking lot, you're forced to stay there until the line moves which could, again, take up to an hour and a half. The lobby is also closed every time I go, so if you want taco bell, you *have to* go through the drive through. Don't waste yoir time with this one. Used to be good, and I don't know what happened but it's not worth it.With the poor quality and poor service, I'm utterly shocked that this location is still open. With the ever-changing hours and days they are closed on, why are they still trying? If the owner ever reads this, you should straight up close this place down. It's disgusting. Stop wasting your time and money keeping this place open.
This Taco Bell is pretty terrible. For months they were selling food with only half the filling in it but still charging full price and messing up our orders pretty consistently. So we stopped going to this location. We decided to give it another try last weekend and we waited in the drive through for 20 minutes before we reached the microphone to order (due to how the drive through is designed, it's difficult to leave it). They were doing something new with only taking one order at a time untill they fulfilled the order at the pickup window. So there would only be one car waiting at the mic and one waiting to pick up. Not a big deal since they should be providing great customer service for that one order...WRONG.After waiting a total of 30 minutes for our food they messed up our order and shorted us a large burrito and instead gave us a crunchy taco. It's like this store finds new ways to provide poor customer service. If they could only apply all that energy to providing good service, they'd be great instead of horribly disfunctional. If you have that TB itch, definitely go to another TB or try Dell Taco up the street at County Line and Quebec.
I don't know if it is because they don't have enough workers or what, but the dining room was closed and had only the drive-thru open. This made for a very long wait time. I have also seen the opposite were the dining room was open, but the drive-thru was closed. This is quite a hassle for food that is at best mediocre.
Ordered a chicken quesadilla tonight and they made it extra chunky and full of sauce. This thiccem was so good and made to perfection that god himself could’ve made it. Anyways, whoever the cook who made this is deserves a raise.
On 1/4/22 I came to this Taco Bell just to pick up a DoorDash order for my customers. The lobby was closed so I went to the drive-thru. Literally waited in the drive-thru line for about 15-20 minutes with only 3 cars ahead of me. Tried calling the store and they just kept hanging up. Poor customer service. Would not recommend this location to anyone.
An 8 car drive through line took more than 30 minutes to get through. Lobby is also closed. And to top it all off they got my order wrong.
