The young man was very respectful and courteous. There's not many young adults who still respect adults around anymore!

Worst subway in denver, when a customer asks for a product and you tell them “it doesn’t go on this sandwich” and then argue when I simply say I would like it anyways you’re asking for failure, furthermore if your employees don’t ask customers who call other customers “stupid” to leave don’t be surprised if they have to deal with an armed conflict in your store!!!! If that man had called me another name I would more than likely have escalated that with extreme prejudice.

It happened again! This is an ACTUAL epidemic- anotha one! Show up 15 minutes before they close to get a couple subs and when we walk in we're told "I'm closed". Closing time is supposed to be when you stop accepting customers, NOT when you as an employee, get to walk out the door. Bad for the business owner and terrible for the hungry customer who spends their time to go to your store that is advertised as OPEN.

Customer service was horrible,the whole time I was feeling uncomfortable like he should have been closed, it was not even past dinner hour ,then get home and was again let down ,I guess I should pay more attention to the sandwich making instead of my 5 yr old. I really don't want to go into anymore. The employee should get another job if he is that unhappy, 2 out of 3 sandwiches were wrong . Extremely unpleasant all the way around.

Felt weird going in with a half hour till close and made sure it was cool to order a quick sandwich as i had just left work myself. Apparently i look suspect to the plaza security gaurd who entered in the front door shortly after i did and made it awkward by making small indirect talk with the guy working. Rambo looked like he was looking for a reason to pull his gun out and be a hero. I understand having an issue with the homeless camps but also on edge with.rambo makingit obvious he thought i was suspect and looking for a reason to play the hero. Will never go there again!

Find literally any other Subway to go to. Food was ordered online for pickup. It wasn't even started over an hour after the pickup time. With two staff on and only one other customer to help it still took over 15 minutes to make two subsWhen asked who we could talk to the staff pretended to look for a card, but really just jumbled some papers around and played dumb. When that was pointed out they got physically aggressiveI've never had such a bad experience

This particular Subway was horrible the kids and I specify children work in there we're rude our sandwiches there was no hardly any meat in there and they overcharge us they didn't know how to work the register for the coupon they had no customer service no personality nothing it was the worst subway I've ever been to

This location has nothing to offer but disrespect, dissatisfaction and disappointment. I only come to this location because it’s one of the few with eggs still. They almost never have the ingredients to make the sandwich, which I’ll add is a menu item! Some of the employees are wonderful and will chat your ear off while others sit at the sink to talk a mess about you within ear shot. Good luck asking the manager a single question, she will just sass you. And don’t worry she doesn’t wear her name tag so who knows what her name is. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. Needs better management and staffing. A few weeks ago there was a sign in the door saying sorry for any time delays because they were so understaffed- honestly no wonder.
