I asked the worker for a brown sugar shaken espresso and she used the wrong espresso. She also messed up my other drink twice and was very rude about it. I still payed but i am very disappointed.

Aggressive mask police right at the front.I had my mask on as I’m in the industry as well.so I have to wear it at all times!I had to add money to my Starbucks card and my phone works on face recognition to get it approved. So as soon as I momentarily took my mask down for my phones face recognition. This aggressive young male asks me to put it back. When it wasn’t even about me trying to take it off. And there was a person sitting without one but I was told that if I sit ,I can have it off. but if I’m standing I have to wear it.To my point again, I was wearing mine entering the store. It was just taken down for few seconds to get to my Starbucks app so I can use it to buy something from the store. Little too aggressive forMy taste. Learn to read people and who to say it to and who not. Or get a career in some kind of police work and not as a barista,

Best Starbucks around! Everyone is super sweet! Always makes my drinks right and if not they always make it right fast! Make my mornings every time I go in.

Friendly staff even though they are always so busy. Love the coffee and the drive thru!

Just went through the drive-thru and it was later in the afternoon but it was nice and fast and the staff was actually pretty good. Otherwise a good experience.

Stopped by to pick up a quick beverage . Went through the drive through and had a super associate take the order. She was knowledgeable, friendly and quick. The associate at the pickup window was great too. They made a good day even better. And the drinks were perfect! An all around A++ !

Not happy about my drink this morning. If I’m paying over $5 for a cup of coffee, I expect for it to be made to perfection. All I got in return was a cup of coffee with milk. I asked for a grande and open my lid to find my cup about half full. Unacceptable. Please do better by your customers.

My drink was made incorrectly. Called Crystal supervisor and she only offered to remake the drink I paid for and the messed up on. Nothing for the inconvenience of me not getting my drink made correctly when I needed it to get thru work at 6AM. I even asked if she can do anything for the inconvenience and she refused to do anything but remake the drink. I spend $7+ dollars a day here and this is the customer service I get when they made my drink incorrectly. Very disappointing. They do not care about customer service.

Decent speeds, nothing to complain about quality wise either. Their baristas make it right and they serve quick.
