Haven't been to a Starbucks in a long time. Food items have increased and the coffee is the same. Little to no interaction with seemingly indifferent employees. Comfortable room, not crowded...
A bacon Turkey sandwich with no bacon ??? really smh i love this starbucks for the fact that staff are very friendly but they seem to never have anything or let alone get an order correctly smh.
Unfortunate that this is the most conveniently located Starbucks for me because it’s the absolute most terrible Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I don’t understand how they are so slow all the time and on multiple occasions when I ordered on the app and came in to the store to pick up my order there has been an issue. Even when there’s only a couple cars ahead of me I’m the drive thru I end up doing siting 10-15 minutes in the line. You would think a Starbucks that is in an area where lots of people are stopping in before going to the office they would have a sense of urgency. Today I went to pick up an order from the app and didn’t see my name on any cup so I waited for 10 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready and nobody acknowledged me. I finally asked if my order was going to be ready soon, and they picked up a random carrier of cups that was on the counter not even in the mobile order area and the tag was covered by a cup holder. Get it together.
On several occasions, the staff here were extremely unaware, lazy and rude - worst Starbucks I've ever been to. It's worth driving the extra mile and a half down the road to the Starbucks on commons st for awesome, friendly, personal, fast service.

ALL the staff is kind and also kind to each other from my perspective. They're quick and accurate! They also know me by name now, which is impressive when they greet you :)
Definitely one of the faster drive-thrus in the area!
Finally got around to trying the new fall apple drink, and I gotta warn others DONT DO IT!! It's all milk.. doesn't taste like apple & doesn't taste like coffee AT ALL. Super disappointed, hopefully the winter holiday drinks do better but it might be awhile before I spend $6 on a glass of iced milk ?
Starbucks is The Place To Go to for your specialty coffee needs. Always staffed by smiling employees (even though they are wearing masks). Coffee the way you want it or they will remake your order. Been a happy Starbucks customer for years. If you want a Real Deal join their rewards program.
