I love this place but the African male manager is not a good fit at this place not only he Stares right at you and looks at you very ruthless and very mean very mean he also a manager I have gave him a $15 gift card he made me look very embarrassed in front of everybody because he told me there was nothing on there on there when I get home I called there was $15 on there.Not only I'm upset but he's a manager and he shouldn't be making his customers feel this way ..He dose not smile he dose not talk or say a word.. I don't know this place gets going he's not a peoples person ?
I've tried to give this particular location a try three times now and all three times the food was not good quality and the food prep service area was extremely dirty. I ended up throwing out my dinner because the chicken was cold and tough. It didn't taste good at all (and I love Qdoba, normally!). This is the most convenient location for me, but it just is not good food, at all.
New guy managing it has zero personality but the food is pretty fresh overall
No menu to take home and look plus they were rude.
Website Ordering takes you in circles and won't let me order. Can't proceed as guest so I signed up but kept looping me back to login. In 2021 every other restaurant has seem to figure out online ordering. Decided to eat somewhere else every time it happens
Don’t waste your time coming here. Was turned down service because I walked right in at their closing time. The only response I receive is that we are are closed and that it’s already 7. The very least you could do is apologize to me and then tell me your closed. Poor customer service and because you guys decided to start closing down early everything was put up. What if I showed up at 6:55? I’ll never come here again.m or another Qdoba. Business like this one should not be open. Oh and two other people pulled up after I got in my car and were turned away as well. PS if your an employee working in the service industry and are mad that people come in right at closing time then you shouldn’t have a job in the industry. Employees reflect your business and as such like I said I won’t return. I wouldn’t even write this review if they weren’t closing the store down before 7pm
Awsome workers and food is always good
Don't mind waiting for my online order a lil bit but then they give me my extra steak burrito with the extra steak on the side.... He said he didn't know if I wanted the extra steak on the burrito or not. I gave him a blank stare for a moment said ok and walked away. Had to walk away before I started asking him how much education he had and how he became a manger.
Had a great convo with another patron while we waited service was good too
