The staff knows nothing about their menu. You order what you want, and then they ask you how to make it. When I said I want it how it’s supposed to be, I was met with a shrug and then they repeated the question do I want anything in my burrito. Then we get halfway through and they’re out of ingredients. So now it’s a cyo burrito that I don’t want. Get that kid a new job cause it’s clear he hates his job too. I’d be ashamed to own or manage that location.
Ordered the impossible burrito and they put pork in it. Tried calling 5 times to talk to the manager personally about the issue but I guess I'll just publicly announce not to go here because they're so incompetent they don't even know which ingredients are where in the bay. The line worker touched the tortilla on the spilled queso on the counter and I asked for a new tortilla "because it's for a vegan" he switched tortillas but failed to mention he put the wrong protein on it even after mentioning the dietary restrictions. That's abominable. The manager was really nice, but the workers need to pay more attention because my boyfriend could have gotten very sick if he didn't realize their error.
Food was great! Fresh rice and beans. Meat was flavorful, service was fast. Best qdoba I've been too so far

The website says it's open.I get there and the doors are locked.I walk to the patio entrance and there's a sign saying new temporary hours.Why the hell wouldn't you put that on your website?Not that hard to do!You can tell this is a unqualified franchise store.I will never return here again.No big deal.I would of got last night's meat heated up anyways!This store is notorious for that!
Had a good experience here! The two young girls working were friendly and helpful . The manager on duty was also really friendly. The food was quick, was good , and was correct . Lobby was really clean as well.
Managed to choke on some plastic pieces they left in the food. On top of burnt all of the cheese from one of the quesadillas I ordered.
I ordered online for a company Christmas party; we were serving 50 people. I arrived at the store and most of the cold items were ready to go, and it only took them about 10 minutes to get the rest of the hot items out for me and to the car. Everything was great, as promised and tasted very great. Thanks Qdoba!
My I'll friend has made me get her a black bean w/white rice n little cheese quesadilla with the green sauce. So thank you for seeing her thru this STRUGGLE ❤️.....
Dont support this business, their food is a safety nightmare and the manager is horrible to her customers
