Hard to rate this place. The food is definitely good and warrants a five star rating. However, I had to sit 20 minutes waiting for a pick up order. Their website quoted a 35 minute pick up time and I ended up waiting over half that in store after the pick up time. Overall sum up, good pizza, just don’t expect it on time.
Adrian H( probably didn’t spell his name right) was a sweetheart. Great customer service, the bbq pizza was so good. The original margarita was also so good. Also let us take our special drinks home ??
Takeout. Bit of a rocky experience. My order was one large pizza. They made a small. The guy who helped me was very nice, and offered to remake it or to discount the one they made. I said a discount is fine, but when he asked the manager, the manager rudely said charge full price, right in front of me and knowing that the nice guy had offered the discount! He didn’t bother to speak to me or even look at me, much less apologize for the mistake. When I pressed the nice guy about it, a very kind lady who watched what had happened came over and graciously applied a discount.Nice guy and kind lady, thank you! 5 stars for a great recovery! Your service assured my future business.Curmudgeonly old manager, you get 1 star! Your rudeness cost your company a 5-star rating! You should seriously consider finding different work. You’re clearly unhappy and you’re definitely not front end material!

The pizza here used to be great, it was hot and delicious, however I went the other day and they had one server working she was very sweet but one server cannot take care of a whole restaurant we sat there for 30 minutes before I had to walk up to the front area and asked to place my order myself because she did not come back due to other customers not her fault and then the pizza came out and it was cold hardly had any toppings on it, not worth the $20 bucks I paid for it sadly this place has gone downhill I wish I could say something different but used to be my favorite pizza place in the area not anymore

Please try honey with your pizza, it’s a delight and adds a decadent and sweet flavor to your favorite pizza option. There is also a deep dish pizza and a variety of healthy ingredients! They also have a bar, booth, tables, and bar seating. They food is made fresh and hot, it takes about 15-30 minutes to get your food and longer when busy. Everything is worth the wait. I take a group of friends and enjoy the bar and good conversations while waiting for your order. The breading to the pizza is moist and crunchy. The flavors are savory and fresh, with great texture. The staff are bright, spirited, and knowledgeable about the restaurant and menu, which helps when ordering off the menu. Non-allergy friendly foods are delicious and leave you wanting more in the future according to my friends. They eat only at Patxi’s now when they want/crave pizza. I keep coming back and you may also, try it. It does cost, so bring your wallet.

This place is depressing. You walk in and the people are as sad as the food.
I really love their tikka masala pizza. Although last time we got is not as deep as before I still would recommend it if you like exotic flavors
This place sucks. Service and food quality were beyond subpar. This plate took 40 minutes to make its way out.
