After receiving a rude note about ordering kids meals on DoorDash for two children, I called the store and was cursed out by the employee and he refused to give me the name of the manager or his name. The food was mediocre but after the horrendous customer service experience I would NEVER order or eat there again!If you want to check IDs of people ordering kids meals maybe don’t put it on your DoorDash menu.
First time in the area, Visiting from Tampa Florida. This place caught my eye on the way in the way in and I could not help but try it at least once. I did get the original philly cheesteak, foot long with extra cheese and it is phenomenal. Side of onion rings are perfect imo and the cheese sauce is mwah. Accommodation to my change in order last minute was done seamless. Highly recommended!
Cheese fries are awesome! One of the better cheesesteaks I've had in the area. Can be a little pricey but it's worth it.

I went in ordered the green Chile cheese steak and i was asked what 3 toppings i wanted. I looked and assumed the Chile cheese steak had Chile cheese steak stuff in it. So i asked if he could put extra green Chile in it. The guy was really short and said "no it's not on the toppings list". I didn't wanna make a big deal so i said i didn't need any of those toppings. And i ordered an Italian hoagie. First these two sandwiches were no where near the quality of the other location on iliff. The friendliness and vibe at this location was as though they were having a bad day or hated their jobs. I don't think there was any green Chile at all in my cheese steak, it was dry and just not very good. It had more of a consistency and texture of canned dog food. The hoagie was also less then awesome, the bread was stale and there may have been 1 piece of cheese. $25 for 2 sandwiches, not including drinks or chips would've been alright if they tasted good.

I don't know who the 6'4" gentleman was taking our order, but he was kind, funny and welcoming! My family had returned home from an outing previously with Pat's in hand, and I was immediately jealous. It was an EASY yes when they suggested it for dinner!Our order didn't take long at all, and it was EVERY BIT as delish as I remembered when I stole my son's other half the last time. ? So glad you all are part of our neighborhood!!
Ordered a sandwich, was about to pay, and then they said I needed to put on a mask. How insulting, how emasculating. It's like they don't trust their customers. I will never put up with this insanity. I walked out. Never going back.

I have hands down fallen in love with Pat'swe've order twice this week and it has been phenomenal after eating my Patstrami I wanted another one they are insanely delicious Thick cut meats amazing coleslaw...and don't forget the amazing bread!!!! My new favorite place!Must try everything!
