This place has the rudest employees working there. I ordered 25 large pizzas and when I got there to pick them up not ONE guy asked to help me get 25 pizzas to my car. $600.00 order! 0.00 TIP!!I just received a phone call from the manager about my review. She was so apologetic and is sending me a gift card. I will definitely give them another chance. Thank you!
We've ordered from this location a couple times. Our order has always been tasty and correct. This sign on the door melts my heart every time too.
I was in a rush to get 4 large pizzas, and within 15 minutes of placing the order I was walking out the door. They were all delicious! Made everyone happy. Thank you!
First time here. Last time here.Sat us at the kitchen door. Pizza was salty (?). Two slices didn't have toppings. Staff gossiping and complaining by the kitchen door. Ugh. TERRIBLE CRUST.. THIS IS NOT NY PIZZA.DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.
I saw the mixed reviews but decided to give this place a try as the menu looked perfect for the kids and me. Here’s what you should know before going:1) the service was really good. They were not necessarily attentive, but were very kind and helpful when I asked for anything. They also came by to check on how the food was, which I’ve never experienced in a fast-casual restaurant before.2) The food was good. I had the yankee fries (yum) and the kids had a slice of pepperoni and Mac n cheese (Kraft). It wasn’t anything amazing or special, but for a quick lunch spot it was exactly what we needed.3) the service was a touch slow- but also because my daughter ordered the Mac n cheese, which they prepared fresh for her. I both appreciate them not being wasteful and having some prepared ahead, and not serving her old yucky Mac. So, the wait was acceptable to me. They also told me how long it would be when I put in the order. I’ve seen some of the other reviews regarding wait time, but I don’t see this as a problem with the restaurant, but rather with customer expectation.Overall, I would recommend this place, especially if you are not in a rush and can be patient for your food to be prepared.
Great tasting NY style pizza. They have great deals too! I got two slices and a beer for about $10. Definitely will be back.

I’ve been to other Parry’s and this by far is the most disappointing location. Food is tastes nothing like any of the other locations.
This place used to be really good. Not anymore. Ordered 2 slices today, they are cold. Not even run through the oven. Will not be coming back.
Ordered a large pizza, salad and parm bites for pick up. Waited 20 minutes past the time we were told it would be ready. The pizza box was so light we had to look to see if there was a pizza in the box. Once we got home we found a cracker thin pizza and a $9 salad that was literally a handful of lettuce. I did send a message through their contact information online but never received a response. $40+ For nothing.
