Took my order, charged me for my order, but then decided to cancel my order and not call me or let me know. found out because my credit card had a credit back for the amount . House full of kids waiting for pizza that’s never coming. LAME. It would be a better move to be like Domino’s Pizza and just not answer your phone if you don’t want to deliver any more pizza. Also LAME.
Complete trash. Waited on the phone for 5-8 minutes, then was hung up on. Called back because I really wanted a pie. Got an answer then after I gave my address, I was about to give my card number the guy said my address didn't pull up, and hung up on me. I've been ordering here for a while, and I'm done now. Not the first time they didn't seem to want my business.
The worst pizza ever! This place does not deserve a star. The only thing they don't care about is the customer!
Jorge and Gabe were AMAZING! We ordered 33 pizzas for our office and they were hot and on time. Jorge helped us to the car and checked if needed anything extra. By far best pizza master and experience ever!! Will be ordering from him for forever!!!
Google and store website says the location closes at 12. The manager closed the store at 9:30 today. No carry out available. Understandable but they also refused to answer the phone after 10pm. You will not accept delivery orders and refuse any other service, so what do you plan to do for 2 hours? I decided to waste my time and drive to the store. Doors locked, of course. The manager was just folding boxes, still not answering the phone. Shoutout to the domino’s guy who was more than happy to help me add an additional one star review for you guys.
I can't believe this location has only 3.2 stars.This was my first time at this location (Araphoe Rd & I-25) because we just moved to the area. I ordered two large pizzas via Papajohns App for carryout. I went there to pick up my order and I was very surprised. As soon as I enter the restaurant, the person at the front greeted me and was very polite. All I can say is that this made me happy and I enjoyed the pizza that much more. I will definitely enjoy more pizzas from this location. Thank you guys.
Pizza good but COLD; carry out service was not very good. I got a text notification that my pizza was ready and walked inside the store. The guy checking everyone out told me it would be a few minutes. He did this three times. After about 15 minutes, another guy showed up, saw that it was ready on the computer screen, went to the counter behind the oven, threw my pizza in a box and cut it. It had been sitting out the whole 15 minutes. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident. The estimate on the website and text notifications say my pizza should be ready and it takes 10-15 minutes after that for them to give it to me at the store.Perhaps not coincidentally, I was wearing a face mask and the only other customer who seemed to have a long wait also wore a face mask after being told it would be 5 minutes. It's like we were being discriminated against for wearing our masks. And none of the staff inside this location wore a mask. Is Papa Johns going to offer me coupons so I can order delivery for carry out prices next time? Or just advise that I get a COVID test?

Ordered stuff crust meat pizza and it was very disappointing. I usually love the pizza here but this wasn't done.
Will never order at papa John's again. First there prices are ridiculous. 2nd there phone orders go through a call center and the call center couldn't take my credit card and transferred me to the store and they said I couldn't pay through them and they said they can't do anything with new orders only existing orders and the call center never put my order through. They lost a long time customer.
