12.99 for a Whole Asian Chicken salad. Barely any chicken. Bowl 3/4 filled. Too much dressing. Portion too small for even this light eater.
The issue with this Panera bread is not the food, but the people who take orders. Often in the morning they have their AirPods on and they are on their phones instead of taking care of costumers. When you ask them something they can’t hear you, and they even talk while you are ordering. This can be extremely frustrating, and it is unacceptable. Please train your employees and have some discipline!!!
The last 4 times I have ordered from here, it's been wrong every time. When someone says they don't want something in their food, you probably shouldn't put it on there, bud. It's increasingly annoying to pay for something you didn't even get! and then to be met with condescending tones and the dumbest excuses when you call to get what one could only hope would be a solution to the problem THEY created. 0/10 - I Do not recommend this location by any means. HUGE lack in service and taking care of customers properly."I was gonna give you a refund, but our system is the one that messed it up" As I am staring at the receipt with all of my order items CLEARLY listed CORRECTLY and still, no correct order.GARBAGE.
This location is larger than other locations that Ive been to, its open and airy and the service at the front counter was friendly and quick. With my limited schedule, I tend to take my meals on the go. This location didnt fail me as my order was prepared quickly and I was on my way. When entering any establishment I make notice of the cleanliness and Im glad to say that this one was clean, the self serve coffee station was full and ready to serve.
I like Panera, and the staff is always friendly but, they’ve forgotten to include salad dressing in my order the last 3 times. It’s ridiculous! Who wants dry salad?! I won’t be visiting this location again.
Decent food. Friendly staff, if understaffed a bit. Nice view, plenty of seating.
Would rate zero stars if possible. Waited 10 minutes and couldn't even get one employee to acknowledge my presence. While I got no help to management employees just sat in booths with no sense to help at all. Avoid this location.
The food was good, we got there when a group of bicyclists did, so there was a small wait, but that was to be expected. The employees were kind even though they were clearly understaffed.
Delicious salads. The french onion soup however had a thickener and sugar in it. Not authentic.
Linda, Samantha, and Hannah are amazing!!! These ladies always make my food the best!
