Is much better than some panda locations. I Came an hour before close and the food was fully stocked looked fresh and the place was clean! Everyone was also very friendly which is a plus. I will order from here again.
Very unprofessional staffs. I’ve been wait at the front door for 5 mins since I came at 11:05 which the restaurant should be open at 11 but the other worker came out and insist that they still not finish the food and open the register yet. That’s fine we waited another 5 mins and after we came in the chinese lady ignored us for 5 mins and started taking care of drive through order. We here to pay for our food and we are your customer. You’d better value us than ignoring us. Not coming back again
First time and last time I'll ever come here. The food tasted bland. Fried rice was very stale, chicken felt chewy, my lo mein had more Onions and greens than any noodles. Orange chicken was salty. Couldn't eat it at all, had to throw it away.
Wasn’t going to leave this bad review after the lady was rude as heck in the drive through. She was rushing us to order but they were decently quick with the order. Well I know why now, gave me chow mein instead of fried rice. And that’s after she was rude right after I gave my fried rice order. Annoyed to say the least after a $33 bill.
Horrible food they forgot half of one of the plates only gave us rice the shrimp looked like it was dropped on the floor all black colored just gross food
Eating inside this restaurant and literally seen with my eyes a woman drop the utensil on the ground pick it up and proceed to use it. I said something to her and she just told me I was lying. The manager told me basically to leave. All because I saw her drop the prongs she was using and them hit the floor? Don’t go to this location you can drive 7 minutes and go to another one. This specific location is absolutely horrible. Save yourself the hassle and don’t go here.
These employees are obviously pretty unintelligent because they can’t even give you teriyaki sauce for your teriyaki chicken. Seasonless, sauceless, sloppy, soggy chicken. And cold noodles. Gross. Get it together.
Don’t bother going after 8pm. You’ll have your choice of whatever is left, and it won’t be lo mein, and they’ll make nothing new because it’s to close to closing.
I drove up after a terrible day and was really wanting chow mein. I didn't realize that I was at the end of their day but the gal was wonderful. Even at the end of a very messed up day, these ladies made me smile as their last customer of the night. Thought of them at lunch the next day top!
Worst customer service ever. They require masks but don’t provide any if you forgot yours. employees aren’t even wearing them correctly. They don’t speak up to where a person with above average hearing can hear them. Rude. Very dissatisfied. Will never come back to this location.
