Forgot an order, and then didn't apologize, and took way to long to reorder.
Noodles and Company put a bell on their door that sounds exactly like 7-Eleven's bell, which means that they are either deaf, or they have no regard for their employees. No one wants to have a meal at a 7-Eleven. It's completely ghetto. Remove it at once or I won't visit your eatery, because if I worked for a company that did that, I'd be more worried about contaminated food than someone getting slower service.
I don't understand how it's so hard for you guys to get someone's order right!! And you guys complaine about getting paid minimum wage, maybe you guys should do your simple job right first and then you might get some results!!
Awesome staff service: I ordered catering foods for kid's school to pick up, but had to change pick up time. Staff was very responsive and all process went smoothly! Much appreciated to all staff at this location (W.Hampden, Englewood)!
Top notch staff of a deservedly respected chain. From management down this staff is 100% Noodles and Co should be proud of this crew
The dining room music is competing with the music from the kitchen. Not exactly, a zen experience after my yoga practice.
I was just telling my mom how under appreciated Noodles and co is and yesterday this specific location raised the bar. Stopped in for a small bite to eat and these guys made a huge impression. Top notch crew lead by a compassionate down to earth manager.
It feels like Noodles is slowly going out of business and this location is a great example. Their food has lost flavor over the last few years. The sizes are smaller. It’s just generally… not good. I’d skip the disappointment and go somewhere else.
Great surface and excellent quality food.Never a bad choice.
Gluten free options for miles!! Mmmm pad Thai, it was lit fam.
