Several reasons why I gave this McDonald's a 1-star review!- Rudley rushed at the order screen- I ordered 3 items, only received 2 but was charged for all 3.-Both sandwiches were absolutely disgusting, had to toss them they were that bad.Definitely will not go here again, will avoid at all costs now!

So my order was messed up and their app wouldn’t allow them to apply the code for another hour. My big breakfast with pancakes was missing the biscuit and I wasn’t given the syrup/butter baggy thing they usually give and had no syrup at home. Great way to start the day. Then I call and listen to the store for 11 minutes and end up arriving in that time for the manager to tell me to call back in 10 minutes because it’s busy, I said I was in the lobby and she just hung up. Didn’t acknowledge me and I tell her the whole thing, she asks if I had the food from order and I said why would I keep the pancakes that I had nothing to eat with them? She then says she’ll replace the breakfast but not the pancakes. You mean the thing I already didn’t get and came back for? Trash customer service. Trash manager.

Don't come here. The woman at the drive thru was so rude. I say in the drive thru apparently A the side they don't use at night but don't tell you that. Other people came thru and orders were taken. I drive up to the window because i was being ignored and tell the woman i have a mobile order but couldn't get help. Instead of politely telling me they don't take mobile orders into 5:30 sure rudely does and then started at me. Not can I take your order it anything else. I said well then you shouldn't be able to leave the order. A it only got worse from there. I left with nothing and in such a bad mood. Really McDonald's that is the best you can do?

Their computer was down and they could only take cash. Luckily I had cash. When we got our order home, first thing we noticed was that we got all regular hamburgers, not two without pickles and mustard. Oh well, no biggie. The final surpise was the worst. We had one chicken sandwich that was leftover and we decided to feed it to the dogs. I tore it in half and it seemed a bit soft. I opened it up and there was no chicken. Just lettuce and mayo. Luckily it was just the dogs, because they don't know what it was supposed to have on it and it's still a treat, but I would have been a bit upset if that has been my chicken burger minus the chicken. Oh, and because the computer was down we weren't able to use the online app and they wouldn't honor the buy one get one deal we we had on our online order. But the worst fast food blunders I've experienced, but it's at the top of the list for sure.

There’s a big problem with this place and I see I’m not the only one being unhappy.Sadly I received wrong order and really rude service. When I got back to the window, I asked to replace my order with the correct one but the lady told me that I was wrong and my order is right. Like what?!? I order the same thing from years and never had a situation like that, I asked for the manager and the manager wasn’t better at all!! Her name is (Margarita) She kept screamed at me and made a bigger problem for no reason. Didn’t want to replace my order, I simply asked to get the refund and handed the bag with food back to make things quick and smooth but she made that difficult as well! If you take the order and you’re making a mistake you should always replace it and just say sorry. I wasn’t mad I just wanted my order right. Btw When I was making my order I repeated 4 times what I want to the speaker and the person that was taking orders had a hard time understanding so here’s who they should yell at if that’s how they solve problems…! Very unprofessional and disrespectful employees!

This used to be a great location a couple years back when I used to work in the area and come here for lunch occasionally. But things have changed so I go through the drive thru and order a TV which is a quarter pounder with cheese and bacon meal I also asked for two plain hamburger patties just the patty for my dog. This has never been a problem before now they act like they understand what I'm saying and in fact they don't. Then they have me pulling the slot number two and wait for my food, please keep in mind that I'm on my lunch break from work... So after waiting approximately 10 minutes I get out of the car and I go inside. I get my food get in the car and and go home. Open the bag open my quarter pounder with bacon and cheese to find no bacon and two hamburgers with the bread with mustard ketchup and pickles and onions on them so now I've been overcharged for the plain hamburger patties as well as the Quarter Pounder. I call the restaurant and tell them what's happened the manager tells me I just need your name and your last initial and I will put you in our manager's book we will replace your meal about a week and a half later I decided to go get my replacement meal when I was told that they have no managers book did she proceed to ask me for my receipts which is funny because I asked the manager if I needed to hang on to it and I was told no. This restaurant has horrible customer service skills and I will not be returning there and I would encourage anyone that is sick of getting their orders wrong or being disrespected or paying for if these are things that you love , by all means, you should go to this McDonald's ???

Waited over 20 min being ignored by staff just to be told the order still was not ready so canceled it. Complete waste of time and horrible fast food location. I won't be back and that teaches me a lesson on giving McDonald's a chance for lunch. I'm better off eating real food this is the universe telling me. The only reason I tried it after years was a coupon I was sent.

My husband and I came here for lunch and ordered a fish meal, hot&spicy and a mcdouble. My fish was dry, bread was hard and rubbery, fries were cold. I took my sandwich back up to the counter and informed them that my sandwich was hard. The lady up front said she would make me a new one. Instead, she gave me the same one just in a different box I watched it all. I will never come here again.

It's usually a pretty good McDonald's. Sometimes they can have a real busy drive thru. But they really do a great job keep that line moving pretty quick! The employees all seem to be real friendly. Contactless ordering . Restroom was open while eating inside using mobile app. Inside pretty clean as well. Food is always hot and correct . Yes mandatory masks as of 1/30/22

I agree with (Moriah Matlock). I Drove through the Drive through on 1/25/22 pm. Ordered a Large HiC Orange and thought it tastes like mold too. Not thinking too much about it until I through up my guts. The health inspection should make a visit to this place.
