Went through the drive through and ordered a nuggets meal. Nuggets were completely cold, chewy and gross. Like they’ve been sitting there forever. Tried to call and let them know, called twice with no answer. Also while I was in the drive through, the lady didn’t ask about sauces so I asked at the window and I got attitude in response. Not a good experience at all.
Pretty disappointed with our experience at this McDonald’s. They only have the option to order through a kiosk when you go into eat. We ordered a lot of food and most of the sandwiches were missing sauce, lettuce, tomato, etc. We were also short a burger when they brought out our food and it took us a long time to get it because there are no employees in the front of the store to help us. We will definitely not be returning to this McDonald’s.
I was standing at the register trying to see if I could get the cups I paid for or if they were gonna make the drinks ya know just find out how this was gonna go. Upon the fourth employee to look me in the eye and walk away, I decided to let the person with me get the food and I was gonna go sit in the car. We grabbed some lunch on our way home from Denver today. There always seems to be plenty of negatives that are mentionable during a fast food visit, but today was an exception. We used the drive through which was pretty efficient even during normal lunch hours. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Our items were packaged neatly in their wrappings and in the sack. The order was 100% accurate and the food was hot and fresh. I couldn't have asked for anything more during this visit.
The attendant delivering the curbside orders was fabulous and tireless. I’ve never seen a McDonald’s employee carrying a condiments tray. Innovative and convenient.Gracias!!
Food was bomb, came out super fast, followed all instructions. That no quema cuh haircut having dude working the window need to lighten up though.
Unbelievable, I have a SEVERE allergy to certain chemicals in ketchup as well as mustard, these incompetent McDonald’s workers proceeded to put ketchup and mustard on my burger after I specifically told them not to. I will not be visiting this location EVER again.
Placed mobile order multiple times at this location and guaranteed 8/10 times they’ll give you old toys for your happy meals and forgot all your sauces even when you specifically have it on your mobile order and chicken nuggets. They also will serve drive they customers first before bringing mobile order, and make you wait 10-15 minutes. What’s the point of a mobile order?
Got a really long black hair in my burger will not be going to this location again ? I have blonde hair so this is obviously not mine….
Came here for late night meal after watching ball game last night, since it is one of the few drive thru that’s open around midnight. The waitress is surprisingly pleasant and patient despite the busy line! Good job!
