Outrageous prices for a freaking doughnut and not much filling either I mean 5 dollars for one doughnut and not even barely any filling.i gave them another chance and asked for xtra filling the said she put it in I opened the doughnut up and barely any filling if I could give 0 stars I would I do not appreciate someone saying they added xtra filling charged me for it then did not do it.
Great donuts, I just wish they put sprinkles on all types of donuts not just cake donut.
Picked up 6 donuts for St Pat's. Truly shocked by the price, but I heard they were good. We had them at our friends house and when he bit into the white cream long John, he said there is no filling. I tried one and said the same thing. The apple filled bear claw not much better. Extremely disappointed. Somebody at the party said to try Hurts. Will do. Overpriced and Nothing special.
I love LaMar’s Donuts but I was disappointed today. I ordered a Bavarian Cream and only 1/4 of it was filled, the rest of it was just empty donut. They were very busy today and I understand that, but it was a bit disappointing. All the other donuts were great though.
The staff is amazing and so are the treats. Yum!
Very disappointed in LaMar’s!! I placed an order on LaMar’s website, four days in advance, for an event I was hosting. The pickup time was 10:30 am and I received a text at 10:20 am that my order had been cancelled ? I immediately called the location and they said they never received the order until just then. How is that possible when I had a confirmation email of the order? They said they would try to find a location in the Denver area that had the 150 donut holes that I needed, but they could not promise anything. I then contacted the regional manager, Jennifer, who told me the same thing. I told her that I would need the order delivered since I did not have the time to drive around the Denver area picking up an order that should have been ready for pickup at the location of my choice. She was very apprehensive and said she could not guarantee that she could make that happen. This is a mistake/tech issue on your end and everything possible should be done to rectify the situation. I immediately got on the phone with Donut House who are absolutely amazing! They took on this large order and saved the day and my event!! LaMar’s has always been our go to donut shop, traveling 20-25 minutes each way, but I’m not quite sure that will be the case any longer.
I've historically had great experiences at Lamar's in Aurora. I've given this place 2 tries and they have failed both times. First time we went we waited for almost 10 minutes and no one came to the counter to help us so we went next door for lunch and came back and someone was there finally so we ordered two pumpkin donuts. After we left we realized they gave us apple. Second time we went and they didn't have coffee brewed and also didn't have pumpkin again. It was 9am! Not like we showed up late. I'll just stick with Dunkin.... It's closer and they always have coffee and donuts. Ridiculous.
Went inside the shelves full of delicious donuts. Tons of customers walking out happy. Thank you corporate
The staff are legends and the donuts are always soft. Donuts in general always make me feel like I'm going to get diabetes after eating a few, but for this place it's a sacrifice I'm willing to make
I went in at 8:10am on 10/15/21, there was a small selection of items left to select from. The staff was quite slow for 2 hot chocolates $4.79 each and 1 donut it took almost 7 minutes to get my order. The hot chocolate tasted like coffee. The lady in front of me had a hard time getting 2 beverages as they were too low on coffee to provide 2 large beverages. The cream filled long john was over $3.50 and was not very good. The owner needs to put a task force manager in place until the location turns around but for almost $15.00 for 2 beverages and a donut, I will not be back.
