Plz Turn off your online ordering option if you can’t keep up and are under staffed.I ordered online for convenience. For the sleeping children in my car. I knew the wait was probably longer in the drive through as it was the lunch hour and so I thought I was being proactive. Long story short. I sat in the pick up parking spot watching people come in and out of the drive through, and the restaurant with their orders as I sat there waiting. Mind you, it was well after my order was suppose to be ready. I decided to go In.Plz get a leadership who cares. I had to walk in there, and sternly inquire. Myself and 1 other person parked next to me waited, He also said he placed his order 40 mins prior, I have no idea how long he waited. I placed my order 30 mins prior. The poor girl working the register did her best to help me and took the brunt of my incredibly frustrated inquiry. I have been to this restaurant in the lunch hour and I have seen it busy. Upon walking In to inquire, I did not see this to be the case, which heighten my frustration. If you can’t offer online services plz don’t… if you don’t have enough staff to bring orders out, put a sign up, use the system to text and say so. If you know you average higher wait times to get orders out, have your online app adjusted to say so.This is not the only issues I have had with this particular location, but I won’t go on. I don’t want anything from your establishment other than for you to care about your customer service. Being a business district where people have limited time for lunch I would have guessed order turn around is an important metric to consider. I’ll go else where when I don’t have all day.
I love kneaders, but you always have to check if they gave you the right order. 80% of the time there is something missing. This time - they were out of the bread for the Turkey bacon avocado so we did substitute the bread.. and they left out the avocado - without mention of it. They also forgot the bread that comes with the soup. Food is typically good.. but make sure to check because it seems that they don’t properly train employees to ensure your to-go order is completed correctly
Wow I absolutely love Kneaders! The breakfast croissant is so AMAZING! Taste like an egg sandwich h my mom used to make- fried or scramble egg American cheese all melted with either bacon or sausage. Both are so delicious, I get both. Best quick breakfast on the go. Homemade quality and cooking, the food literally makes me feel happy and satisfied. Very yummy iced coffee sub for almond milk. Service is friendly I will keep coming back.Only con I wish breakfast was served all day. 11 am they close breakfast.Oh and for Easter weekend yesterday they had eggs for all customers, the egg I had had a $40 basket full of bread, sauces, kitchen utensils.. it was such a nice surprise really made my morning.Thanks Kneaders
Easy to order online and pick up was convenient and quick. Just text when you arrive and they bring it to you!!
Great customer service! The cashier took the time to explain the menu and answered all my questions.
I typically have had good experiences here, but today I ordered the Chicken Salad sandwich and it had absolutely no chicken on it. The first piece had two water chestnuts and that was it. I hoped maybe all the chicken was on the other side/piece, yet it was no different as you can see. The worst chicken salad sandwich I’ve ever had and they charge $9 for it. Be very wary of ordering the Chicken Salad sandwich from here.
Food is fresh and delicious. Wait staff is friendly. Relaxing atmosphere. Tomato soup is yummy.
First time in a kneaders yesterday and I was so patiently helped by Yaisa. She is a sweet kind soul. You are so fortunate to have her on staff. My sandwich and soup and bakery treat were all tasty as well!
