Best sandwich I have ever had from Jimmy John’s the bread was perfectly cooked veggies were fresh and crisp everything about the sandwich was completely on point been eating at Jimmy John’s for many years and this sandwich blew my mind and they actually cut the bread correctly for a TBO sandwich which you rarely find nowadays at Jimmy John’s unfortunately
My friend recently needed to place an order for catering. Shout out to Colin who answered all her questions and helped plan a meal for a surprise graduation party. He was polite and efficient. We truly appreciated his demeanor. During a time in our lives when one is never sure of how staff at an establishment will treat a customer, it was nice to see that an employee took the time to help. Thank you for that.
Ordered food cus place online said closed @9 and when i was on my way to get food @ 7 manager called saying oh sorry we close at 7 and ill have to refund you which can take 7-10 days.. like why the heck would you let me place an order? Now online order says it will be ready tomorrow and it wasnt canceled like she said.. so now its just sitting there. Ill tell you this much i will go out of my way to tell people to not eat here. Do better JJ Cheba hut it is!!
Took 2 hours to say it was delivered but it never got delivered……I ordered once before and it took 1 hour to deliver I should have learned. Don’t order from here.I don’t live far from the place either ridiculous.
I ordered the JJ G sandwich and told the order taker that I did not want veggies on my sandwich. He preceded to have an attitude and told me my total. When I drove up to the window, the guy was really rude and not very nice. As much as I love Jimmy John's, I may look for another location. Usually I don't have a problem with customer service but the way I was treated makes me not want to come back.
Always hour plus wait, everytime. Placed an order at 7:00, called at 8:00 and was told they didn't have any drivers and my sandwich would be delivered tomorrow.
Understaffed as many places are currently. The food was good. The drive thru attendant was lackluster at best. I was not thrilled when they gave me the wrong food. Especially when I was home and discovered it. But they made it right, I just had to go back out a d get it.
Its open but the front doors are locked so your have to go through drive thru to order and pick up your order if you ordered online. The delivery driver wasn't coming in until 4 pm today. That's kind of late but what can you do.
Took nearly an hour and a half to get my food and the sandwich tasted like it had been sitting there for nearly as long. I had a 20% tip on there too. That's how you treat people who tip? I'd honestly take it back if I knew it would be almost 90 minutes before I'd see my single sandwich and quartered pickle
By far the worst delivery I’ve ever had to deal with. I live very very close to this location and they still can’t bring my food to me in less than 1 1/2 - 2 hours. I order frequently too as in weekly and still put up with this. (Oh and I tip really well to still not get my food in a reasonable amount of time) I’ll no longer be ordering from here thanks for the worst service ever.
