Tommy/ Tom/Tim or whatever the red head short man name is has a horrible attitude and poor customer service. My elderly mother sandwich was made wrong 3 times and this employee needs a serious attitude check. It’s not my mother fault that her sandwich was made incorrectly. No apology, rude staff, poor customer service. I had to go inside of the store and ask for cheese to fix my mother sandwich correctly.In the customer service/food industry, an employee should have patience and want to please the customer. This didn’t happen here. Wondering if demographics played a part in this!
People want to complain about slow service, but not one wants to work. People who complain about slow service should have to work a week, bet after a day they'd take away their complaints.. this location like all other restaurants is short staffed with a total of 2 inshops and a manager, and most days only 3 drivers. They do thier best with what little staff they do have. Have some patience really would like to see you do the work they put in. They're hiring, but no one wants to work. Please give them a break. So what your sandwich took a little longer than normal. Shame on you all things just haven't been the same since covid. You all are inpatient and your momma didn't raise you right and it shows. You think you can get sandwiches out quicker come and apply and show them what's up, if not relax and please for the love of humanity have some patience your sandwich will get to you. Hint order ahead you'll get your order within the time you want it. Delay orders will get to you within a timely fashion. This location goes above and beyond for its customers! Please be patient and understanding that they are short staffed.
Sandwiches are still really good but their service is definitely not freaky fast. It's silly slow. Before I moved to this location I could order from JJ and have my food in 10 - 15 minutes. Here; 45 minutes minimum.
Not sure why you would keep your doors open at a location that's open 5 out of 24 hours a day...330pm and hospital staff can't count on you guys to be open.
Always order from this location and get great customer service and quick delivery. Ordered again today and noticed it was taking longer than usual to receive the delivery. Called the store 1 hour after placing order and not seeing an update online, and they stated that they were having staffing issues and only had one delivery driver at the time. The individual on the phone was polite and apologetic and asked me if I wanted to keep waiting or if I'd rather cancel. I told him that I'd wait and asked for an ETA. He was very kind in providing an estimated time of 20-30 minutes for delivery driver to get back to the store and take my order to deliver it. Received my sandwich within the estimated time frame (overall about 1hr 20 min from when I first purchased). Poor delivery driver was running up the hallway in the office building to get me my sandwich. Driver was also very polite and apologetic. Saw a lot of other reviews regarding this location and delivery and I definitely understand the frustration for having to wait much longer than you normally would. However I also understand that businesses are having a hard time not hiring but holding onto the employees they do have. I appreciate your polite customer service and attempt to get me my sandwich as quickly as possible considering the tough situation most business are going through right now.
So SLOW you'll AGE. I had 3 deliveries within 1/2 mile of this one and all were over 45 minutes, figured maybe a hiring issue, not the restaurants fault... tried an online order for pick-up, took 30 min, tried ordering in person, waited over 10 minutes for them to crank out a sandwich. This location is slow and does not live up to the standards that almost all JJ's do, they are almost universally fast, only location I've ever experienced this.
This is the worst Jimmy John’s location I have ever known. I ordered a meal a while back from a half mile away and it took over 30 minutes to arrive.In addition, they have been closed the last two times I’ve tried to stop by on the way to or from the highway. One of those times was just now at 2:43 on a Saturday afternoon. Closed. Jimmy John’s needs to shut down this location.No sign and no posted hours that I could find.
Had good sandwiches, but now closes at 3pm.
Sandwich arrived soggy, contacted Tyler the general manager and he stated he would not replace sandwich and would charge me for a replacement. I ordered from jimmy johns 3 times weekly since I'm a guard and can't leave my post for lunch. They lost a good customer I will not order from them again. I would add the pictures of the sandwich I didn't eat but not sure how to
Took an hour to get my meal, it was wrong. I asked for a refund and they said they would void it - never got my money and now say they can't do anything for me, I have to dispute with my bank.1st time ordering and will never order from again!! Already contacted JJ feedback and they can't do anything cause it's local owned. Everyone passes the buck and no one takes responsibility.
