The first time I ordered from the Broadway location the customer service was really poor. Today I thought I’d give them another chance. I left without ordering. Stood at the counter for almost 10 min with nobody acknowledging me. I’m sure they didn’t notice me walk out either. Never again Jersey Mike’s. You suck!
Best Jersey Mike’s in town! Greeted immediately as I walked through the door and the staff was very friendly! Order was made very fast even though they were busy and it was lunch time. Mark the manager even came over and asked if I was enjoying my sandwich and if there was anything else I needed.
The customer service is extremely poor at this location. The staff including the manager was extremely unprofessional and rude. Wouldn't make me a Buffalo chicken wrap amd got an attitude with me when my order was incorrect. They need to learn customer service from the other location off Grant and Broadway as the staff was amazing and had no issues making my sandwhich. I won't return to this location!! Customer service goes a long way.
The weekday lunch staff here is fantastic! They are careful to prepare my GF sandwich according to cross contamination standards and I've never had any issues. They are friendly and fast to get orders out the door. I wish all Jersey Mike's locations were as good as this one!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AT THIS LOCATION!!!! EXTREMELY rude staff!!!!! Will not be returning to this location. The absolutely rude man behind the counter, WARNER, has to have been the rudest man I've encountered in a long time at any restaurant. After being in line for over twenty minutes, when we finally got up to pay the man took our money we asked where our food was then WARNER stated " your gonna have to chill, as I watches him hand out the orders to six customers behind us, then he threatened to cancel our orders. It was now 30 minutes of being there and we still had zero food as I stand there watching the staff playing and joking around for several minutes with no food being made at all I add. 35 minutes after getting here, we finally got our food from the rude man. CONGRATULATIONS.. THIS IS EXACTLY HOW TO LOSE A LOYAL PAYING CUSTOMER!! DISTURBING AND SICKENING.
Went to a Jersey Mike’s for the first time. Was very food. Had plenty of toppings and the bread was a great consistency.
WOW! NO URGENCY, & NO ORGANIZATION!!!! 3 out of the 5 people were just standing there, & no one took my order for 15mins. And please explain to young teen agers they can't be texting or just standing around when you have a line of 10 people. I know everyone is short staffed, the problem is you had plenty of hands, just no one working hard or at all for that matter.
This store is always well staffed with friendly employees who put out a tasty sub in a timely manner.
I only ask that you make the hoagie the right way the east coast flavor must be there every time mayo on both sides of the bread
