Went to try and squeeze in breakfast. Never again. Ordered food after waiting 15 minutes before anyone came to greet us at the table. 40 minutes later as my wife and I are walking out someone finally feels the need to tell us the kitchen was having problems. No drink refills or anything as we sat. It’s sad because I used to love this IHOP. But after the last few visits at this location, I’m not sure I will ever be back. I would honestly give less stars if I could.
I had to give a star to post a review. Otherwise, this place is a joke! I've already given a poor review of this IHOP. It's pretty obvious no one with this restaurant cares. I stopped patronizing this IHOP location a while ago, but met with family last minute for breakfast. If they do have a manager, I've NEVER seen one. Service is the worst service I've ever received - every single time I've been there. It's not server specific either. I was a server for 13 years in a breakfast restaurant and don't give bad reviews easily. I'd be surprised if they even train these servers. We were told today when we didn't receive toast that comes with the breakfast combo that and I quote "sometimes the menu shows things that don't really come with the meals" am I missing something????? If you love IHOP, the VERY STRONGLY recommended skipping this place and drive the distance to the Greenwood Village location, you get real service there. You've been forewarned...
A total of 7 tables of customers, 4-5 servers on the job, we were seated very quickly but waited 15 minutes before we could get ANY help. The only person I see working was a man in red, very hardly and rarely do I see anyone else doing their job. 0/100 for efficiency, 0/100 for customer service. 05/03/2022 1:24pm is the time of visit, if management see this I highly recommend you take a look into their work ethic.
Had the most disappointing visit today. Went in with my son at around 3pm. Place was empty aside for 1 other table. Had the guy put my sons order in first so his was cooking while I decided. I asked for 5min and waited almost 15min before the server came back. My son got his food and was able to eat his entire meal and wait an additional 10min before I got my food. This was biscuits and gravy, eggs, potatoes and sausage links. Everything was stacked on a plate much too small and they placed my biscuits and grave on top of my sunnyside up eggs instead of putting them on a small side plate. To top it off, my food was luke warm at best and bland. I wound up barely eating it. Server also never bothered to refill our drinks despite asking.I still paid for my food and tipped the guy but it was pretty disappointing and I left hungry.
Although the server was kind, the meal was highly unfavorable. I ordered swedish crepes and they were dark in color which I thought was odd and quickly realized they were overcooked; the edges were hard and completely inedible. There were 3 other customers in the whole place so it wasn't busy (it was after 3 pm) but it seemed like forever just to order our food before finally getting to the table. What a disappointment.
This is the worst place I had ever eaten at very rude Manager. Waited for food for about 45 minutes and it was all cold when we got it my country fried steak was hard as a rock! No creamer or syrup they gave us syrup in a bowl when asked for it and gave us milk in a dirty cup for a coffee! There was a hair in my sons mozzarella stick! If there was no stars I would give that to them but I Had to give a one star in order to write this review never go there ever! Obviously you could tell by the other reviews!
This was the absolute worst dining experience ever. Took 15mins for a server to come greet us when it really wasn't busy at all. My mom ordered coffee and it was ice cold. They forgot half our food and we had to flag someone down to get the rest of our order. Never once got us refills , gave me pancakes with no syrup. Food was ice cold and we sat at the table forever with dirty dishes. The manager looked like he was maybe 19 and whispered when he talked. No one here had any people skills or any idea of how customer service works. Awful place won't ever go back.
This restaurant was dirty, floor look like it has never been mopped. We were told the wait was 30 mins but there were seats available. The only reason I ate here is because I was visiting friends and had no choice. The waitress we had was nice.
My family and I went to this location on Saturday morning. When we got there, we were told they only had 1 server. This should have been a sign that this experience wasn't going to be a good one. So we get to our table, our server wasn't even wearing her mask properly. Come on people, we've only been wearing masks for almost 2 years now so you'd think that we would've learned how to wear them properly by now but I digress. Later on, we saw another employee who wasn't even wearing a mask at all (yes, she was working as we saw her taking orders and delivering food)!! The service was awful, the food was meh, and the silverware was dirty. Do NOT go here!
I ordered online and came a couple minutes after the time they told me my food would be ready. I was the only one waiting at the time and there was barely anyone eating at the restaurant at the time. I went up to a girl and asked for my order and she said I’ll go check then came back to the front and didn’t talk to me at all. I ended waiting 20 minutes for my food after I got there. It seemed like they had just not made my order. Then a few other people came in and the girl talked to them checked on their food and told them an estimated time they would get their food. Everyone who ordered online and showed up after I got there had gotten my food before me. Then I came home to my egg barely cooked at all. I did ask for over easy but the whites were still very runny. How did they take like 40 minutes to cook something and couldn’t even fully cook some whites on an egg. I understand they are possibly understaffed in the kitchen but there was barely anyone there and the food I ordered shouldn’t take that long to make. I wasn’t mad about the wait really but the staff up front wasn’t great and after that long of a wait and all the time they had to cook my food they should’ve been able to give me edible eggs. The customer service was terrible and there were also a bunch of workers just standing around not doing anything.
