Eggrolls have gone WAY downhill. price is the same but they are now half the size. And they take like they were rolled up in a flour tortilla.. Also, no warning it had switched to dinner and prices went up.
Waitress seemed very bored and annoyed. She kept checking up on other tables but passing my family the whole time. Asked her multiple times for a refill and she just did not bring them. Another waitress had to bring us a refill. She forgot about our table entirely or just didn’t bother to care because she didn’t even bring us the check after waiting for 20 mins. We honestly could have just walked out without paying. She had attitude the whole time and would disappear for 20 mins at a time. Asked another waitress if she seen ours and she said she would go and find her. This place truly sucks. 1 out of 10 do not recommend. Even the grill person seemed annoyed that we would come back like come on it’s all you can eat. And may I mention the place was dead empty!!! Only my family and another family in the whole restaurant. So why all the ugly looks and attitude???
This location is always one of my favorite places to go, and a great spot to take my kids. We have been loyal customers for several years. However, this review is not so much about the food (which is always fantastic) but more about the staff and especially the manager, Jake.I brought my 2 kids in last Tuesday 3/1/22. We had a fantastic meal and when it was time to pay, there was an issue with my debit card. I had been given a temporary card from my bank after losing my card a couple of days before and for some reason, the card would not work when I went to pay. I attempted to provide another card number to be entered in manually because I had the money in the account, I just did not have another card to use to pay for my meal. In my frazzled state, I wrote down one of the numbers incorrectly and that would not go through either! I was so baffled that this was happening, I logged on to my online account to double check the account number to see that I wrote one of the numbers down wrong. I attempted to give the correct number to the manager once more. Jake (the manager) came over and told me that he would take care of the check for me and to not worry about it. I was so embarrassed that this was happening in front of my children, but he was so kind discreet. I told him I would pass along the kindness he showed to me and I would be back soon to support this business. THANK YOU JAKE! Outstanding customer service- and I will continue (as we have been for year) coming to an awesome establishment!
The food was great, the service was nice, and in general was a pleasant overall experience. Definitely bring an empty stomach, the buffet style makes it easy to eat too much.
Love this place.UPDATE: 2/7/22 ate there today and tried the chicken breast which was terrible. Told my server and all she said would you like to speak to a manager. I would have been satisfied if she would have told me I'm so sorry let me knock off a few dollars. Still paid full price and still tipped. The rest of the food was great.
Quinn was working by herself, yet we got all the attention we needed! The guys working the grill were awesome as well!
Very good Mongolian style meal. An all you can eat with lots of meat and vegetable choices. Even my picky grandkids enjoyed.
HuHot was awesome. We ordered egg rolls to go along with our all you can eat lunch which were perfect. Great service from the cook and waitress. We also finished our dining experience with S'mores made at the table. Everyone loved it.
I've been here many times, tonight's experience was the worst. The person refilling the food was incredibly rude. He was pushing our family out of the way and was just all around rude. The cook told us to write this review. And everyone's protein was under cooked. Not sure if I'll be back.
