Fantastic service and drinks from Alex at the bar. Very much knows his craft and quick to recommend a proper drink for your food pairing.A bit limited menu but all we had was delicious- highly recommend the bison carpaccio and wagyu beef burger. Will be back and good to know we have a top-shelf cocktail lounge in the neighborhood.
Nicole is great as the bartender, but Sammy sucks and has the I'm a bartender and I'm way too cool for everybody attitude.
I had a fabulous meal and an amazing drink. Very happy with my experience.
The Fireside offers a good selection of food that arrived from the kitchen very quickly after ordering. No waiting around here that's for sure! The staff were friendly, but I felt a little rushed to leave. Before I had even finished my main course I was being asked if I wanted the bill. Then again after my next drink. Then again after desert. If the restaurant were really busy or it was late I wouldn't have been surprised, but at 6:30 on a Thursday night with only a handful of customers I felt rushed to leave.
Wait staff is great but food is skimpy and pricey.
I dined two nights at the Fireside. Great service, good selection of menu items and local craft beers and wines. The trout is to die for! Delicious and tasted like it jumped out of the stream that day. Cooked to perfection!

Recent visit for dinner was extremely disappointing. Was staying overnight at the hotel so decided to dine in. Big mistake. Was a Sunday evening and things were slow at the restaurant. While the view of the golf course is nice, the food was lackluster as was the service. I ordered the top sirloin, as I was looking forward to a nice juicy steak. Instead I received a tough, flavorless hunk of meat. The mashed potatoes and haricots verts were ok. Seemed to be plenty of staff, but they were very inattentive. No follow up once my meal was delivered. There are a lot of excellent dining options nearby. Wish I had opted to dine elsewhere. Do not recommend.

Great ambiance. An upscale vibe while not being too ostentatious. A hip place to chill. The service was friendly and prompt. Highly recommend: Candied Bacon (with sriracha mustard rub), Rocking with Ranch Cheese Curds (with Colorado cheddar, candied bacon strips and rosemary chipotle ranch), and Truffle Portobello Mushroom Fries (with sweet mustard, pickled mini peppers & warm crusty bread) To drink: A New Old Fashioned (Stranahan’s, splash of ginger beer) - TO DIE FOR!
