Can I give a 10 start review?! My husband and I used Encore Catering for our wedding at Highlands Ranch Mansion. Kim was an absolute delight to deal with from the beginning of the process. On the day of the wedding, her team did an amazing job! They even went above and beyond by helping my family to clean up after the event ended. If you have an upcoming event, I highly recommend using Encore Catering... they will not disappoint!
Encore Catering was wonderful to work with. Their prices were very reasonable, and the food was excellent. I was very pleased with the professionalism of their service staff. Even though Encore was new to the venue I chose, they did a great job with set-up and clean-up, and the venue manager would recommend them as well. Highly recommend.
Delicious food and amazing service! Kimberly provided catering for our photoshoot crew. At the end we had an unexpected extra day of shooting to which they accommodated perfectly, and saved the day. Encore put together a great lunch for my company's awards lunch. I appreciated how they had so many options to fit our needs and our budget, and how they took care of all of the details. They were on time, the food was great, presentation was very good, and they really helped make our event successful.
Kimberly and her team at Encore Catering were wonderful to work with. We contacted her to help with our wedding late in the process after other caterers fell through. She quickly came up with unique food stations that exactly matched what we wanted. The Encore team were extremely professional and easy to work with. We received numerous compliments from our guests throughout the evening on the food, drinks, and presentation. We would not hesitate to use them again.
Kimberly Crater is incredible. I was in town for our grandfather's funeral, and a friend recommended me to Kimberly to help with our grandfather's funeral reception. Not the happiest of events of course, and Kimberly was kind and respectful of the situation. She was easy to talk to and spent the time making sure what we wanted was well executed. To highlight her level of attention to detail, our family wanted a potato salad to represent Grandpa's favorite gathering food. She was very sensitive to this and even offered to recreate a family recipe. The whole family thought that was an amazing service to be willing to provide on such short notice. Grandma was really moved. Everything was included in the price, it was completely hands off for us so that we could just be present with family (not worrying about boxing things up to take home, or set up and take down). The quality of the food was fresh and totally perfect. The staff was respectful of the event and ready to help. It really was such a relief in such a sad and overwhelming time. I would highly recommend Encore Catering!
Encore recently catered my office holiday party and I ultimately chose them because their menu was the most impressive. I really enjoy cooking so hearing something that sounded better than I could do really wowed me. Christian and Vinny worked our event and were really great. They had some lovely holiday decorations with them to help style a table that needed a little love. They kept a good flow of passed apps while guests were milling about and they left our office cleaner than when they arrived (they took ALL of our trash!). They were friendly and personable and laughed at my jokes; thank you guys! I can't wait to have them cater our next party!!
I was in a pickle with and event that I had planned for a Saturday during the holiday season. Mike C. had save me from a huge debacle and squeezed me in on a what I can imagine a very busy Saturday (Thank you Mike you are my HERO!). Alissa was so kind and responsive and put together a delicious menu plan for me. Our delivery person set up the buffet and the setting was beautiful! Comments from our guests was that the food was absolutely delicious. Above and beyond would be an apt description! I would definitely use this company again. Encore Catering has helped us on our wedding/reception on 11/7 and they’ve provided us an exceptional service. The food is amazing, and all my family and friends loved it. Kimberly and Alissa have helped us a lot finalizing the menu and reception layouts, they are very responsible and knowledgeable. My husband and I really appreciate their hard work and help for arranging everything. Encore is definitely the catering service to go to for the wedding/reception, it’s a very pleasant experience!!
